Both TVs were mounted quickly and look very nice. I feel confident that they are secure and the wires being hidden with cover is a nice touch. Aaron even provided a spare HDMI cord to hook up some tech to the TV when the one we originally had was too short for a mounted setup. He also struck a very nice balance between providing expertise while also inviting our own opinions when deciding where to place the TVs on the wall. I will definitely be reaching out to Aaron again for future entertainment setup needs. So glad we chose to go with this service!

On installation day, the technician arrived late without any meaningful communication, and the overall process felt rushed from the start. The installation itself lacked attention to detail. The TV ended up slightly crooked, the mount wasn't positioned at the ideal viewing angle despite our earlier discussion, and the cables were left exposed instead of being neatly concealed as we had expected. There was little effort to ensure everything looked clean or professionally finished. To make matters worse, the technician hurried through the job and left without properly explaining the setup or checking that everything was working correctly. We had to spend additional time adjusting the TV ourselves and eventually hire another installer to fix several issues. Considering the cost and the value of our television, this experience was extremely disappointing. I expected a professional installation with careful workmanship, but instead received poor service and unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I would not recommend piXL America.

First of all, David answered me immediately when I asked for a quote, and was very responsive. We have one of the last Panasonic Plasmas made and it is a wonderful tv even now,but it is a beast that weighs over 70 pounds.There was no way we were going to dyi or hire an unknown handyman to do it as it has to be lifted and maneuvered. Brandon and David came this morning on time, looked at it and knew immediately what to do. They supplied the mount for a very reasonable price and ran the wires through the wall. They took time to make sure that it was leveled and centered properly and let us know that should we replace it, it will easy to do as its already set up for the future. Brandon and David reconnected everything and this was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. Fast, efficient and great work and clean up.
