First of all, David answered me immediately when I asked for a quote, and was very responsive. We have one of the last Panasonic Plasmas made and it is a wonderful tv even now,but it is a beast that weighs over 70 pounds.There was no way we were going to dyi or hire an unknown handyman to do it as it has to be lifted and maneuvered. He simplified everything and patiently and clearly coached my parents how to use the remotes in simplistic form and any red flags to look out for future troubleshooting.
