Having issues with CPAP, the therapist went above an beyond to assist what others such as WellWise wouldn't be able to. They actually have a Respiratory Therapist that has years and years of experience and can personally relate to CPAP struggles! I've also booked a hospital bed rental for my grandpa when he needed it and things went very smoothly. Great work!

One would think that if someone was dealing with people that need mobility devices, they would have compassion and make an effort to accommodate them. This company throws a chair at you no matter if it fits, and then tries to make adjustments with foam and cushions. Repeatedly. Doesn't matter if the chair actually fits the person in question. Doing more damage to the injured person is not a good way to do business and opens themselves up to losing said business. Piecemeal fixes are not what this is about and can actually further the damage the injured person has sustained. I recommend passing this company by and finding a business that actually cares more about the person and less about the money 8 months of hell continued... Nothing has changed. They are lazy uncaring and couldn't do anything right if they had an ethics manual. As I've said before...AVOID THIS COMPANY. The lady I spoke with went above and beyond the call of duty to confirm which ones I had. The reason I needed to know was the scooter had to be stored in a tool shed and the batteries cannot be left in the machine over the winter months. I took the batteries out and brought them inside so I could put them on a trickle charge over the winter. It is working great and I would like to thank you for your outstanding work and help.

Rather than just booking online, I also called to confirm the opening, actually speaking with Jeremy Houle , Owner & CEO of Houle Healthcare, who confirmed the opening, I was booking online for Thursday Nov 2nd at 8am I arrived Thursday at 7:50 am for my 8:00am appointment, with nobody at the clinic, it was closed. I waited until 8:15, still no activity. I called the office and left a message letting them know that I arrived at the appropriate time and would appreciate a call back. I called again at 9:00am and spoke with reception explaining the situation and that I would like to know what happed. At 9:30am I received a very apologetic call from Jeremy Houle, Owner & CEO of Houle Healthcare, stating that he did not receive the appointment notice, which I booked and confirmed with him, while on the phone Tuesday. However he wanted to make amends and reschedule for 8am Friday, which is his usual day off. I accepted because I really need a massage. I arrived at 7:50am this morning, ready for my 8:00am appointment. The office was closed. The front desk person arrived at 8:10. I went in , told her I had a 8am massage appointment with Jeremy Houle, Owner & CEO of Houle Healthcare. She looked at me totally confused I explained the situation, she apologized and said she would call Jeremy, Owner & CEO of Houle Healthcare. I told her not to bother, I have a job, where I actually need to show up on time for. Now if I had missed both appointments without any notification, I would definitely be billed for both I have no idea what kind of massage Jeremy Houle gives, especially since he the Owner & CEO of Houle Healthcare. Bought a Bruno stair chair lift from Marra's 2 years ago…read more Just needed servicing and although they still sell this equipment they apparently no longer service them. Found this out in an emergency when mine stopped working. Fortunately I was able to get service for it from West Side Medical in Rochester. 585-237-8750 after trying for 5 days of no call backs from Marra's contact person for help. My advice: DO NOT purchase anything from this store that will ever require servicing. Their customer care is non- existent.
