The actual cleaning went great. His teeth looked noticeably better right after, and I could tell they did a great job. The vet team was friendly, patient, and explained the entire process. They let me know he had a couple of loose teeth and recommended that his next cleaning should be done at a vet where extractions can be done. Pricing was also very reasonable compared to other places I looked into. Overall, a great option for maintenance cleanings if your dog is a good candidate, and I'll definitely be coming back with my other dog.

There was no sign posted stating that minors were not allowed inside without an adult. If there is such a policy, it should be clearly posted and communicated respectfully instead of embarrassing a child. I was also disappointed with the condition of the facility. There was a strong odor of urine throughout the building, and it appeared dirty during my visit. This is the third time we have visited and it always is the case. I understand businesses may have policies, but customers--and especially minors--should be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Our experience instead was met with dispresect, unprofessionalism and even hurt my child's feelings. I would never recommend this location for anyone. In my opinion the owner/ manager should definitely terminate or prevent this worker from ever working there again.

Whispered something to a different guy there and then rang me up. This time it was $86! Surprised, I confirmed that the amount was 5,000 and they were sized medium. She said yes. Not sure why they were $32 more this trip but I needed them. I got them home and opened the bag to discover they were large mealworms, not medium. I have baby birds that these are way too big for. Ugh.... $32 more than 2.5 weeks ago and the wrong size on top of that. Things like this are so frustrating. I mean how hard is it?
