The actual cleaning went great. His teeth looked noticeably better right after, and I could tell they did a great job. The vet team was friendly, patient, and explained the entire process. They let me know he had a couple of loose teeth and recommended that his next cleaning should be done at a vet where extractions can be done. Pricing was also very reasonable compared to other places I looked into. Overall, a great option for maintenance cleanings if your dog is a good candidate, and I'll definitely be coming back with my other dog.

The ladies are very kind to me and when I first came here everyone was so helpful and provided excellent customer service and helped me sign up for petco premier membership. I felt really comfortable coming here since I am neurodivergent so I made it my petco to come to. Today, though, I felt very uncomfortable and left me feeling sad because I really do enjoy most staff here and mostly feel comfortable browsing. We came in today to get vaccines for our two puppies, and we also received our Petco cash, so we figured we would use it to purchase some food while we were here. My husband noticed on the Petco app that you could get 20% off food if you purchased it online. Since we were already at the store, he asked a staff member if it would be okay for us to place the order online and take the food with us right then. A staff member she told us that was completely fine and said that once we placed the order, we could bring the food to the register and they would scan it and process the order for us. So we went to the front and we were met with a very disrespectful male employee who seemed already agitated or just had poor customer service. I explained the situation and he told me he couldn't process it because I just purchased it online so he has to process it and I have to wait to come back to pick it up, which isn't what we were told before. He then kept going on and on about this, and my husband decided to say "I have asked first" meaning, he had asked an employee earlier if it was okay. The rude male employee he responded "What you say?" in a bothered way. Then the female employee decided to step in and explain everything, unbelievably the male employee mumbled "what the fck" towards us but we can obviously hear him. I think this is extremely unprofessional and honestly why even be this rude and mad to customers and if he can't handle things, then why work in customer service? Anyway, I would like to thank one of the female employees, she has always been very sweet and helpful. I will no longer be returning to this address after getting my puppies last vaccine which will be in 2 weeks from now.
