We've been bringing our cat Gibby here regularly since 2024 for baths and full grooms (sometimes a…read morehaircut, but usually just a sanitary trim). Booking is easy. They already have his usual on file, so I can just text and request "the usual" without having to re-explain everything each time. Gibby is usually pretty calm during the grooming, and the groomers handle him well. His "waiting room" is separated from the grooming area, probably to avoid stressing cats out with all the dogs there too? A full groom usually takes about 3-4 hours, which seems normal for the service. And, after the service he always comes back smelling so fresh and his eyes squinting like he's trying to stay awake after a nice spa treatment. This time I noticed they offer a blueberry facial for cats, so I added that on too. Gibby seemed fine with it, and it was a nice little extra on top of the usual routine. Price is reasonable, especially compared to other groomers we've tried. We keep coming back and don't plan on switching anytime soon!

By the next day, I drove in and dropped off my dog and showed forms of vaccine shots and etc. I had picked out the services that I wanted to make sure my furry friend isn't so furry. The list of services was all located on the paper at the front desk, which I was unable to take a photo of it because I had assume it was already on the yelp page (My mistake). The lady then told me that she will call me when he's ready, to which my surprise, had finished within 2 hours. When I had picked him up, he had a cute bandana on him that made him adorable, and his face smelled like blueberries that lasted about a week or two. It was a really refreshing smell since he sleeps on the bed with me! After grooming, one of my dogs came home with a severe rash all over her body and she did not want to eat poor thing was in pain, and my other dog was struggling to open his eyes. When I called to ask if any new products had been used, I was told it was just hair stuck in my dog's eye and that the rash was likely a flea bite. My dogs do not have fleas, and after bathing them at home, the rash disappeared the next day. That doesn't sound like a flea bite to me--it seems more like a reaction to something used during grooming. What's most disappointing is not just what happened, but how it was handled. Instead of taking accountability or showing concern, the situation was brushed off and made to seem like it was my dogs' fault. As a pet owner, that was very upsetting. Sadly, I can't trust bringing my dogs back here again. I'm sharing this so other dog lovers can be aware and make an informed decision when choosing a groomer.

She wasn't finished until 1:56 PM, and communication throughout was vague and inconsistent. The only proactive message we got was at 12:30 asking to shave more. We fully understood she had mats, but she has been groomed many times before with zero behavior issues and is usually done in about 2.5 hours. When I spoke to the owner, I was told she was "hyper" and that they started right away, but the timeline and her condition didn't reflect that. Four hours for a bath, face trim, and shave-down is excessive. When we picked her up, she was extremely scared, her face was uneven, and she had small razor cuts. She's also scooting her butt and licking that area constantly. My husband's shorts were also covered in loose hairs -- unusual for a non-shedding doodle. Overall, the poor communication, questionable explanations, and low-quality grooming mean we won't be returning.
