Just came in for dinner. Was told to have a seat wherever you like. Tables for 2 were dirty. We sat at a larger table away from the door. No menus ever brought to us. A family comes the server brings them menus. I got up and went to hotess stand and got 2 menus. This server then comes and takes their order. We got up and left. STAY AWAY!!! The staff and management are clueless. They actually told me that they cannot cook hamburgers that are pink in the middle. The wait staff are teenagers that just don't care. 1st time here and it was a pretty decent place. Food is good, sizes are larger than I expected. burger have 2 patties. sides are good size you could share. over all a pretty decent place. only downside is servers a a bit more social with each other and those drinking alcohol then with those that are not drinking. The cleanliness of the restrooms was well below that of a dine in restaurant but once they were informed they corrected it quickly. I think routine checks and less socialing would help that. But over all a pretty good place. will visit this place again read more

Our first and last visit there tonight. I ordered a medium rare burger with one slice of onion. What I was served were two very flat, greasy overcooked patties on a bun with only the outer ring of an onion slice. That was the worse burger I have ever been served. My server didn't ask how I enjoyed my meal after she came back to our table even when she saw over half of the burger remaining on the plate. My wife had a chicken salad sandwich which had a very strange aroma and she got a box to bring her uneaten portion home in an attempt to put more mayo on it and perhaps make it more edible. read more

Just went there for the first time. Very nice place with outdoor patio. Was surprised to see the full bar. We started with the fried pickles. I found them greasy but my husband the fried pickle connoisseur liked them. He had the basic and liked it. I had the All The Way and was disappointed to find the overwhelming taste of the mustard. Tenders are huge, its basically half a chicken breast, sidewinder fries are great, simply seasoned. Tater tots are crispy and salted well. Ranch and blue cheese are house made and well done! 2 thoughts that don't detract from the overall experience in my opinion: I like a thick milkshake, I find these a bit thin. I really wanted this place to be a home run. Like the location a lot on gold hill and want to see that area continue to develop. Unfortunately I doubt twf lasts very long without a significant menu change. Wife and I each tried a burger and a small order of garlic parm wings. The issue is the the food really isn't bad or good. The bun was soggy, the chicken tenders are flavorless, the burger patty is flavorless, the wings taste not as good as what I can air fry at home. I think most folks will try this place once and realize there isn't a reason to go back. Burgers are overpriced and don't come with a side. Without some changes I would guess this place lasts less than 1.5 years. Love the area though. read more

My husband and I visited the restaurant today. We had never heard of it but decided to give it a try. The interior is bright, clean and upbeat. There were other folks there with their families, including small children. We placed our order fairly quickly. Our appetizer and drinks came out quickly. The fried pickles were what we expected - hot and and crispy. We ordered burgers and fries for the main meal, split an order of fries. The burgers were fine but nothing really stood out as being exceptional. The service was good if not a little too often. I don't know if I'd care to return during the winter months. Seems like more of a warm weather menu. I did notice patio games outside with lots of tables. Perhaps it would have been more enjoyable with a group and warmer weather. read more

We tried this place the other day and had a great experience. The food was great and the service was good. :-) We went back tonight and had a completely different experience. My husband ordered his burger medium and received it well done. He attempted to send it back and the server told him they don't cook burgers medium. He was like, "I was here three days ago and received my burger pink!" We waited a VERY long time for everything and the excuse was that they were busy. I call BS on that because I've been a server and they had PLENTY of servers. We were there an hour and a half and should have been there an hour max. There were only four of us. Our orders were not complicated and they just left us sitting there over and over. We had to practically beg for our check. I just don't understand what a huge failure all of that was. My food was good and I give them that but I am still shaking my head over the service. The manager didn't seem to care and she never checked back on us. read more

My bar drink was great! We ordered the mozzarella sticks (amazing) bacon Mac burger and the Tropical Burger. My son said the Bacon Mac burger was good, they are huge! The Tropical Burger needed more sauce, they use pineapple chunks instead of a pineapple ring which you could hardly taste over the meat & bun. I stepped in to get a kids plain cheeseburger and tots and asked for two sauces. It cost me $12. While I was looking at the menu for the price they told me their boss makes them up charge when an adult comes in and orders a kids meal. When the food came to me it was already in a bag tied in a knot so I asked was the sauces definitely in the box and was told yes. When I dropped the meal off to my daughter she texted back after I left that there were no sauces with the meal. Small complaint but if you are going to up charge for a meal please do your job and give them all what they are paying and asked for. Moral of this complaint is if you are an adult that want a smaller meal you will be charged more and untie the bag and check for yourself. Personally I think $12 is a bit much for a kids hamburger and a few tots. Will think twice before going back. read more

We got there at 5 pm on a Saturday to avoid the crowds, but the place was packed. We sat at the bar next to two young guys who were VAPING, loudly cursing, and doing shots. Just when I thought the manager was coming over to ask them to tone it down, it turned out he knew them and joined in their conversation. The bartender also totally focused on them - I think they were employees there on their day off? There was also a guy with his button-down shirt wide open to expose his whole belly and a woman in a bikini with a see-through cover-up. What in the world?!? If you are going to change your hours of operation, you might want to update your website and inform the local hotels that are praising your name to their guests. Also, if you are closing at a certain time, but shutting your kitchen down before that time, a "We stop Serving at (time)" would also be helpful. If that is not the case, then when a customer just makes it in by 9:58 pm and the doors are still unlocked, you should be able to serve them an order to go. You can open early and close late... but never the other way around. I cannot comment on food quality as I was not served by embarrassed giggly teens. read more
