I was so disappointed when I arrived to pick it up. It was much shorter than pictured and not much yellow. The gal that helped me was nice enough and tried adding a couple other items to add some height, but just not what I'd ordered or expected. I had heard such great things about this place. I should have turned and walked out when I placed my order. The store was dark and depressing inside. No lovely flower displayes. No catalog to choose an arrangement from. I finally had to look online to show the gal what I wanted. After comizerating over it, I finally ended up going to Safeway and picked up 2 lovely bouquets (less than $30). I removed the brown roses and added everything from the 2 bouquets. It was now something I won't be embraced to display in honor of my mother.

I was told they don't normally do that, as they don't have time. She seemed to have plenty of time to charge my credit card for $185. Sadly this little ma pa shop has forgotten about service. I'm wondering how anyone small business doesn't have a few minutes to snap a photo and text it to their customer. I order flowers to go all over the USA and have never been told this, even in LA where I live. Funny that Ben, Oregon is that busy, or rather could care less about customer service. Definitely don't shop here! Especially when there are SO many other small businesses willing to help.

I decided to visit their holiday market anyway, and was mortified to learn they only serve booze. Sadly, I was expecting to buy a cup of coffee on this chilly morning & all they had was tepid water in cheap thermos dispensers. I guess all the parents bringing their kids to pet the mini donks & alpacas will go without or drive home impaired. The kids will definitely go without. Nothing says "Happy Holidays" like alcoholism & overpriced candles & stale cookies!! Save your fuel (or battery) & precious bodily energy & forego this rotten experience altogether.
