While this was going on some thin tall girl with brown wavy hair shows up and said she'd be right with us but I walked to the steak house not knowing they were closed. So we both return and this person said "OH, your back" and walked us to a table. The other girl never moved. Never did anything. My girlfriends a vegetarian so she wanted the smash burger but without the meat patty. Our server had a hard time comprehending what she was asking for and sat down and made a list. Extra mayonnaise, pickles, grilled onions, Lettice and tomatoes with 2 sides of ranch. Both of our meals came with fries. The sandwich was some horrific nightmare as you can see in the picture. ONE BIT! Girlfriends starving but ONE BITE and she's done. Then both orders of fries were completely covered in salt. Not editable. We the made the mistake of dipping a fry each into the only ranch the server brought and OMG it was rotten. I mean it had a slight smell of ranch but also some sort of horse radish/mold smell with lumps in it. Spit it out and poured the rest onto a plate to see what other disgusting things we might find. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Look at your cameras. Keep this up and you wont last.

The fellow truck driver proceeded to walk forth towards the Casino ..but then u-turned back onto his rig. Now back to the pizza. If there's one thing I want to say isolating the quality of food to the price value here. The Brick Oven Pizzas here at the Buffalo Run are enough of a reason to detour of the i44 toll road. A little bit of tomato slices and basil leaves and my pizza would have turned to any pizza you order at North Italia in Irvine California. At $15.60 for this huge box. Wouldn't you? It has a covered gazebo with a sectional sofa, dinning table and two more chairs to lounge on. They also have a large gas grill in excellent condition. It was so nice because we did not have to take anything out, which made departure day a lot smoother. At your request they will bring you margaritas after 5:00 PM. The resort sits in a lake which makes it convenient for those who have boats. We were going to stay two nights, but ended up staying three nights. They do have two restaurants and bar you can enjoy if you don't feel like cooking. Hours vary, but the packet you receive has all the information you need. It is gated which makes it feel safe. Will definitely be back.

My SO ordered himself an open faced roastbeef sandwich. This is shredded roast on top of a sweet roll smothered in gravy with a side of mashed potato. He certainly ate it like it was tasty. (I did confirm - it is tasty.) I went with an a la carte breakfast of two eggs and one pancake. The pancake had a slightly sweet taste and is fluffy. The eggs were cooked perfectly 'over easy'. You can tell they are cooked as eggs should be over a low heat - no scorch marks on the outer edge. Bathrooms are in the back left corner and are cleanest where it matters most. Diaper station in the ladies room. During our visit many of the guests knew each other and chatted amongst themselves. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly. They kept a close eye on all the guests making sure everyone had everything they needed. All together a good stop.

Details: Group arrived around 8pm and we would leave around 10:00am after a member of our group was removed. Group would spend over $10,000 from arrival to departure. Friend was playing slots and would cash out a nearly $1000 voucher from a slot machine around 4am. We continued playing until around 9am when we left to get food out, and go to the hotel for a short time. Group returned around 10am and began playing until the player that had won almost $1000 earlier, was banned and almost $1000 cash was forcibly and threateningly removed. Pitboss says that the money was available due to a malfunctioning slot machine THAT HAS HAD THIS ISSUE FOR AT LEAST TWO DAYS but was still available on the floor. The nearly $1000 was available, cashed out and played through and then more money was retrieved while off premises. It wasn't until after an additional nearly 5 hours on the floor and a trip off casino grounds, that the casino demanded payment back in the sum of almost $1000. This left the player distraught, intimidated, and uncomfortable with the amount of money that would be left after the "malfunction", and casino demands. After the player ban, the group would leave, and we will never return to an establishment that cannot uphold their end, or offer any reparation for their mistake. Extremely displeased overall with how a situation at this extreme and with such consequence is handled here. Security is also very rude and takes pleasure in forcibly take money back from distraught players after an entire night of gambling. Immature staff. 0 star rating would be Grand!
