Shout out to Jason at TC Auto Glass. I called early in the morning after finding a smashed driver's side window. Jason was really nice, easy to talk to, and accommodating. He got me in to one of their satellite shops in Apple Valley the same day. The price was also much better than SafeLite's. During the repair, a piece of my door panel was broken. They let me know about it right away and covered the cost of the replacement part and install. Two technicians came to my home and installed the windshield that part was done correctly with the manufacturers OE glass less than a week later the driver's pillar trim blew off on the freeway after contacting them over a month had gone by and no reply in the communication here we are a month later the passenger side peeled off just from sitting in the sun after ordering the parts myself having them installed found that they had broken every clip for the cowling both pillars and try gluing it with windshield adhesive at this point I still haven't received any communication from twin City Auto Glass I wouldn't trust them to touch another vehicle of mine read more

Very unprofessional company. They replaced my windshield an my heat stopped working the same day. They were trying to blame it on me an have me pay for it. Finally the dealership told them they were the problem an they fixed it but not for 2 months later. We are in MN an I had no heat in my car for 2 months in the middle of winter. Finally when they were fixing it I was waiting in there lobby an there employees are very tacky running around talking very loudly at each other young kids running the show. They were all friendly and completed the replacement in a timely manner, but I was disappointed in how my vehicle was left dirty on the inside. The inside had small, black pieces/particles on the dashboard, seats and shift area, as well as inside the cup holders. The door areas where the inside footboards are were also full of dirt and mud. I had to take time to clean and wipe everything down. I admit I keep a very clean car and that not everyone else does, but I believe the vehicle should be returned to me in the same condition I left it there in. I shouldn't have to spend 30 minutes wiping everything down and removing particles/debris. read more

The technician they sent did a very sloppy job on replacing my windshield. He left pieces of foam in my car and left the interior with a large bulge in the side arm by my windshield. I did make a comment about this in my survey and the company followed up right away to ask if they could make it right. They sent the same technician out to fix it and he argued with me about the complaints I had. He basically said that the issues were already there and that it wasn't his fault. Also good to know - I asked to have a different tech sent out to do the repair but they still sent the same guy. There are so many glass replacement options to choose from, I would not choose this company again. read more

The front window of my car developed a crack that spread quickly. I had the car out at Honest 1 Auto to have some work done. The manager of Honest 1 went out his way to recommend Twin Cities Auto Glass. Twin Cities Auto Glass put in the new window. During the first rainfall, the window leaked terribly as if it wasn't even sealed. I called the company up and they said the were not going to stand behind their work because they noted some rust along the window seal. Of course, they never told anyone or made an attempt to correct said rust. After telling me, "We don't warranty our work", a call was made to he manager of Honest 1 who put pressure on them to correct their mistake. They then called me back and said they will repair the work as a "Courtesy"...again taking no responsibility. The company agreed to come out Friday 3/27/15. On the way, the technician called me and without even seeing the car began making excuses as to why the window didn't seal and said the company was not responsible. He then started an argument with me saying "We're Not Responsible". The technician finally arrived and immediately began making excuses before even looking at the window. I told him that the previous window had been in the car for 12 years without a leak. He then went and looked at the car and changed the reason that the window didn't seal from "NOT RUST' but the car appeared to have roof work done and showed some signs of paint. It is at this point, that I fully began to understand that Twin Cities Auto Glass was not an upstanding company. They new they didn't install and seal the window properly and would continue to make excuses. While re-sealing the window the technician continued (the WHOLE TIME) to make up reasons why the window wasn't sealing properly. He half-hardly made a patch repair and said the window is completely sealed. The following Sunday we had some precipitation and the window continued to leak just as it had after the initial repair. This company will lie to you and make every excuse in the book after they do not install your window properly. Twin Cities Auto Glass is an Auto Glass Company. Their one and only job is to make sure your window is installed and doesn't leak. They don't stand behind their work. I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

After trying to contact several other auto glass companies in the area to get pricing on a Saturday afternoon, Twin Cities Auto Glass was the only one who actively emailed back and forth with me throughout the weekend. It was super easy to get an appointment scheduled for Monday morning. All of the other companies contacted me on Monday afternoon after I already had Twin Cities come out to replace my windshield. The receptionist said it would take 2 hours for the replacement but it only took about 45 minutes. Wes was really great about keeping in contact with me when he left his shop, when he arrived, and when he was done with the work.
