Let me back up, the sales guy Dan is a super nice guy did a great job doing his part. Finance was absolutely terrible, I was lead to believe it'd be a fairly easy process to sign out once I was approved but it took 6 hours! They had to have the guys in St Michael do it. I felt that 0 priority was given to my deal. After which once the paperwork was printed up I had to show the finance guy where I sign and he signs (I work in car sales) driving off the lot I thought the issues were behind me but I was wrong. I loved riding the bike for about 2 2 1/2 weeks until the fork was leaking. I figured no big deal seal replacement covered by warranty. Bison had to send my bike back to St Michael to be fixed where it continues to sit two weeks later. They are feeding me some bullshit about Polaris dragging their feet about sending the part. This is absolute garbage 0 customer service whatsoever. I am livid. I hope Dan finds somewhere to work that deserves his talents.

I brought my boat into the Shakopee facility to have a Ultrex, Mega 360, Mega Live, 2 lithium…read morebatteries, hooked up, and an electrical issue repaired. I gave them a detailed diagram of how I wanted the boat set up. They chose to set it up how they wanted rather than how I wanted it. I was lied to / conned by the maintenance manager. He said I couldn't hook both Mega's to the Solix. I ended up getting $1800 worth of equipment that I didn't need. I had to bring the boat back twice and the Mega's still don't work. Additionally, the work was sloppy. They did not run wire bundles through the wire cannels. They instead attached them to the outside. My boat looks terrible. I was met with arguments and a bad attitude because they screwed up. I paid $196 per hour for substandard work. They don't even respond to emails about the terrible work they performed or try to reconcile it. So far, only the trolling motor works (independent from the One boat Network). I have to bring my boat to another boat repair shop. I need to know the extend of their errored work and have someone else fix their mistakes. I will submit an updated post once the other maintenance folks tell me what else they did wrong. If you value your boat, time, and money, have your boat needs fulfilled elsewhere.

I've had a couple great experiences here…read more First, I was heading out on cross country trip and realized I needed a new rear tire. I called around to dealers and as expected they were booked up for weeks. Larson's was also booked solid, but found a way to squeeze me in on very short notice. Second, I bought a new motorcycle from them this Spring. Due to a shortage of bikes, many dealerships were pricing above MSRP. In addition, other dealers often add charges for delivery and set-up which can easily add $500-$1000 to the list price. Larson's sold the bike at MSRP and there were no delivery or set-up charges. I greatly appreciated their transparency in pricing and think I got good value for my money. I will definitely purchase from them in the future.
