I stopped in here one afternoon and the staff spent at least 10 minutes with me asking questions and helping me to find products that specifically fit my vehicle and my needs. The customer service here is outstanding. Friendly staff with the can-do attitude make this the only place I will shop for auto parts and accessories. Great job!

The manager at this location was very helpful and held a conversation when prompted. He made me feel comfortable, although walking in to an auto parts store 7mths pregnant, I felt a bit out of place. When I returned the tool they "loaned" us, he was just as pleasant as the first encounter and remembered me. He asked if everything went well and if my car was now fixed, which I thought was a nice gesture. It is hard to find "good" customer service and I appreciate it when I see it! I told my husband that I liked that store, and he agreed that it had a good experience there, when he choose it just a few weeks ago for the first time!

I stopped to pick up custom paint that I ordered and some parts. I was greeted by two of the staff…read more(in photo) with big smiles. Jay was one of them and I mentioned to him that he has been in the store awhile and he made a few funny comments. I remember Jay on a few of my visits over the last few years and he consistently provides positive customer service and knowledge of auto parts. I felt it important after several visits to give kudos to this store. BTW- if you are in need of custom paint for your car, they can assist. They don't mix the paint at this store but they can help find an exact match and then order it from another store and have it delivered to the Elk River location. I have done this a few times with great success.

A complete lie, they had changed the oil on my 13 year old vehicle just a year before using conventional oil. She just wanted the upcharge. My truck has never used or needed synthetic oil, I should have walked away. I paid for something that was not necessary after waiting an hour and a half. Stay away from these scam artists, they can't even be trusted to perform a simple oil change.

My…read morevan had been leaking transmission fluid and was scheduled for service, however, I was in the Rogers for the weekend, 100 miles from home, and felt I should have some fluid added. Santana was beyond helpful: he came out to my vehicle and checked to see if there was a cap for the transmission fluid he could open so fluid could be added. He was awesome, he found the cap, opened it up, recommended a half quart of fluid, got a funnel and filled it for me. I am beyond grateful for his help and kindness, he never once seemed put out or annoyed by my request (I can't say the same for the two fellows from O'Reilly's). I made it back home safely and my van is currently in the shop being serviced. Great customer service, thank you, Santana!

Bought a battery for my suburban, lasted less than a year, it was warranted, replacement battery…read moredidn't make it two years. Went to replace again (3 year free replacement) battery was on the stores charger for 12 hours was told the battery could use a little more charge?Took it to battery's plus,the store manager tested it and said the battery bad and it was not the correct size for the truck to start with! Done with there top of the line battery.
