I recently took over my father's home who passed away and the thought of purchasing a new cover on top of it all was mortifying... Then, Troy approached the scene and got to work! He put the cover back on the track and even patched a little hole in the cover. He proceeded to clear out the pool cover box and do so without any complaints!!! I selected Performance pool to do this. They installed it in October of 2023. The winterized it and put on the winter cover. The cover wouldn't stay on and they told me I should just put a bunch of stakes around the pool. The pool was good for the first season. I opened it in the spring of 2025 and the liner had pulled out. I had to drain it and then they charged me $400 to tuck it back in. This spring the same thing happened - it came out so I drained it and tucked it back in and started to refill it. The liner pulled out again while it was filling and I had a bigger mess(sand washed out from the pool base). Keep in mind - they installed the liner originally, they charged me to fix it a year later and it happened again. To me it would seem something is wrong. I hadn't heard anything back after multiple emails and calls and was going to try to fix it myself with I looked closer at the liner and it was peeling and had a couple small tears close to the top. I sent this info over and they finally got back to me saying they were going to retuck the liner and fix the sand but if I was concerned they could replace the liner at a cost of over $6K+. This was after I spent 18K+ to buy the pool originally. Because of all the issues I had I decided to pay for the replacement because I couldn't keep dealing with the liner pulling out and having to drain and refill the pool every spring. They did lower the price but it was still over 3K. the sales people seem helpful but once the pool is installed they won't do much other than pass along your concern. I had copied our sales guy on an email to the service person and was scolded for copying him on the email. The communication from the service team is terrible. I kept trying to get updates as to when they were going to be here to replace my liner and I received a text the morning of that they were on their way. If you buy from here - keep in mind - you will be paying for any issues you might have. After the sales and install I was going to give them 5 stars but there is no way I could recommend them to anyone.

I shut off the electrical and he opened the panel and discovered 2 gaskets had lost their threading. He had the gaskets in his van. We added water and he also troubleshooted the jets and luckily no motor or pump needed to be replaced. The repair was spendy for trip charge, labor and repair at $208. They have your credit card on file. Gaskets lasted about 7 years. Now I know what to look for if hot tub leaks again.

    I'm a first time Hot Tub owner…read more After doing a bunch of research on Hot Tubs, then going to the State Fair and Canterbury hot tub shows, I finally asked some friends that had hot tubs and we kept getting directed to not only buy a Bull Frog Hot Tub, but also to work with Minnesota Hot Tubs in Lakeville because of the Great Service and their ability to guide customers into the right tub for their needs. After ordering our tub, we were contacted once it was built and everything was scheduled quickly and in time slots that worked for us. Installation was a snap, and the guys putting the tub in place and getting it setup, were very informational and patient for all my newbie questions. MN Hot Tubs even recommended "Bob" the Electrician who was super friendly and even helped answer some hot tub questions that I had as a new owner. We have had our tub now for a month and we use it almost every other day. I am writing this to say that I am completely satisfied and would recommend Minnesota Hot tubs to all my family and friends. If you are unsure, just stop in and ask for Mark. He helped us and really works hard to make sure you get the answers you need around Hot tubs.

Everything you want is fairly close by and it's intentionally laid out: strength on the main floor, cardio on the second floor wing, and studios around the perimeter! The space is always clean and I haven't gone at a time that's been very busy, so I always get my machines! The locker rooms are small, to pair with the smaller location, but they have larger shower stalls than other locations, which is nice! I'll definitely continue to utilize this location often!

The experience left me feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and deeply concerned about the professionalism and fairness of the service I received. I visited the club to purchase a day pass for the pool. When I approached the front desk, I was assisted by an employee named Amy. She informed me that my ID was not valid for purchasing an entry. However, I want to make it clear that a valid ID is not required to purchase a day pass--I was fully prepared to pay the full rate. The issue was not the policy, but the way the situation was handled. Amy's tone and demeanor were unnecessarily harsh and dismissive. Instead of offering clarification or assistance, she spoke to me rudely and ultimately instructed me to leave the building. The interaction was abrupt, humiliating, and far from the level of respect I expect from a LifeTime representative. What troubles me most is that the treatment I received made me question whether bias or discrimination may have influenced the way I was spoken to and handled. No guest or potential guest should ever be made to feel singled out or judged. I am requesting a thorough review of this incident, including: Clarification of the ID policy and how it should be communicated to guests. An evaluation of the employee's conduct. Assurance that LifeTime upholds a standard of respect, fairness, and inclusivity for all individuals. This experience was upsetting, and I hope LifeTime will take this matter seriously. First during the sale Mark was very patient and helpful as we learned about the ins and outs of buying a spa. The Dimension One brand is a quality tub and we were very impressed with some of their innovations that you can't get elsewhere. We ended up buying a floor model for a lower price and with a quicker delivery which we loved! The delivery team was nice, helpful, and quick. They took away our old spa and placed the new one in the location carefully. After it was delivered, Mark even came out to give us a demo and a chemical tutorial which was a level of service I never expected! I am thrilled with Poolside on all levels right now!

They took the time to explain each step of the process and gather all the chemicals needed.
