Mongolian Beef & Chicken
Mae L.

The most exceptional Szechuan cuisine I have ever had! The BEST Mongolian Beef & Chicken. I make it a point to visit this establishment whenever possible.

Back here again! Always try and stop by here when we are in town. Love the food, especially the Mongolian beef and fried rice. Service is always great! Bar has some nice pool tables and games too.

I sure like giving good reviews, but I just can't do it for the food here. Hands down some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had. That said, Kelly is one of the hardest-working bartenders around! Fun and friendly place, but I wish l had something good to say about the food . . .

Beef Chow Fun

The chicken and sweet and sour pork were both dry. So that's the only reason for the three stars, but the chowfun and fried rice is good. I think we'll most likely try a different dish next time. It's probably like a hit or miss but since this is the only restaurant that opens late in this area then we'll still come back to try a different dish in the menu.

Really pleased with our visit today. Deep fried prawns: $15.99 you get eight huge butterflied shrimp and fried to perfection. Thought the sweet and sour sauce was just ok but the hot mustard and seed was the perfect match for it. Just try it! Almond fried chicken: I believe was only $12.95? Big white meat fried perfectly with perfect yellow gravy and almond sprinkles. Divine. Beef chow fun: who needs to go to the ID when you have good flat noodles here with super tender beef. Drizzle with crispy chili oil on table and you'll be in heaven. Slightly oiler than some places but still great! Broccoli beef: lots of tender beef and perfectly saucy for broccoli to soak up the garlicky brown sauce. Must eat with white rice. Yum! Won ton soup and bbq pork ok: wish bbq pork was the tender moist big loin slices but the ones they have are like smaller slivers of honey end pieces if you like that type. Overall, very happy with the food, service and the quiet ambience. Good prices too. June 2022 and most dishes are under $15. Ones that are over that are seafood dishes. Super reasonable and you get a lot of meat and leftovers. Glad to find a great Americanized Chinese place in Duvall.

Only 1 pork fried rice for 2 dinner orders.

Standard Chinese food, but nothing to write home about. The dining experience can be diminished by the noise from the adjacent sports bar.

I ordered lunch and I had little black bugs in my rice and prawns. Disgusting. I will never support this place again.

Hawk’s Peak Sports Bar & Grill - My bar view

Stopped in for lunch during the USA FIFA match and came in cautiously optimistic after reading the…read morereviews. Turns out the reviews weren't lying. First, credit where it's due: our server, Ed (Edgar), was great. Friendly, personable, attentive, and honestly the MVP of the meal. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. The burger was aggressively average, under-seasoned and giving strong "straight from the freezer to the grill" energy. I also asked for extra pickles, which was a mistake on my part because their house-made pickles were not it. Lesson learned. The onion rings had potential, but they showed up undercooked mushy on the inside, not crispy enough on the outside, and basically just flirting with greatness instead of committing. My biggest pet peeve is cold food, and this meal came out after a suspiciously long wait only to arrive warm-ish at best. Not hot. Not fresh. Just "this definitely sat in the window for a while" temperature. My dining partner ordered the Sno BLT and said it was decent, but the bread needed more toasting and there was an overwhelming amount of Mayo. I also prefer a thicker bread, but that may just be me being picky. Would I eat here again? If I was already at the casino, hungry, and losing money anyway...sure. Would I come to the casino specifically to eat here? Absolutely not.

Raptors lazily circling overhead were very cool to see. The 4 stars is slightly misleading. 3 stars for the food. 5 for the service. Our server, Rebecca was just the best. She took great care of my friends and I and was so personable and attentive. The food was good but nothing special. I had the Reuben. Good but not great. Onion rings were really good though. Crunchy and tasty. One of my buds had the French Dip and another the cod and chips. Fries were excellent. On the overall - a good experience.

The burger was also good, and cooked to perfection with melty melty cheddar cheese running off of it! It wasn't too crowded for lunch, so it was a good place to catch up with my aunt when I was in from out of town. Quaint, cozy, and the kind of place where everyone can find their comfort zone, whether that's a booth, a bar stool, or a table where you can fully spread out and commit to dinner. We were greeted right away by an incredibly nice server and shown to our table so we could sit down and dry off, because at that point it was basically a monsoon outside. Truly biblical weather. Menus hit the table and the race was on. Obviously, in a place like this, I had to order the fish and chips. My partner ordered the French dip, not because he wanted it more than anything else, but because it was my second choice. Strategic ordering at its finest. If I can't commit, I will absolutely order through someone else. HA. We also got the Caesar salad, and if you're looking for a genuinely great salad, this is the one. Fresh, delicious, and healthy enough to make you feel slightly virtuous before demolishing fries. Overall, this place is a win. Great food, super friendly employees, and fries you will be thinking about later. Highly recommend for rainy days, hunger emergencies, and people who like their pub vibes extra cozy.

Although they have a large wine selection I have not tried any, I am a beer drinker! The food is always delicious, we have tried several of their dishes and have never been disappointed. I really enjoy the poke' nachos and the Reef wrap made into a salad. The burgers are delicious too! The service is always on point. They give you a card for your table and if you need service you flip it and they come right away to help you. Family friendly with a great upstairs play area. We quickly were able to find a table and were greeted by such a wonderful waitress. She was truly a gem. She bantered with us and gave us speedy top notch service. However, this part does not reflect her or anyone foh; I ordered the fish and chip bucket and was presented with what I can only describe as the box of turkish delights bequeathed to Edmund in the chronicles of Narnia. That night I ended up praising my toilet all night. I thought maybe someone spiked my 6 beers but then remembered I only had the 2. I haven't been sicker than a got dang dog like that in a real long time. I don't think there's anyway to describe the scene in my bathroom other than 1970s Vietnam war crimes. Once again Service was great. Waitstaff was so fun. I just didn't enjoy the side of food poisoning that was given to me. The best part is because of the waitstaff I Will probably go again! (after I forget what it tasted like coming back up of course)

The manager was very nice and super helpful and what could have been a big problem on a very busy evening turned into a few minutes of waiting outside on a sunny day. The food was good (WOW - especially the Parmesan Artichoke dip. I expected it to be the usual, creamy dip you get everywhere but this had a hit of garlic that made it SPECTACULAR.) But the BEST part of the evening was our server, Brenton. He was funny, kind, very good at his job, checked in with us at exactly the right times and just generally made the evening a great one. Am rating 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons: 1) They have no gluten free options. Not a GF bun, bread., pasta nor pizza dough. I understand not having many, but to have no GF choices is just not great these days. My husband with celiac disease had very few options. 2) Need more and reservable outside seating. Especially on the beautiful days (like this one was) - having to sit inside was a big bummer. They had more tables outdoors but we were told those were waiting areas and that we couldn't eat there. Anyway - a good spot and an even better one if they made just a couple changes.
