I have had a couple of not so great experiences with the workers. We got several eye rolls from one of them just because we had asked for something that she had to make. I would understand if this if it had happened with just one person, but it seems that lots of the different people the different times I have gone have been pretty rude. They have messed up our order a couple times, and then snapped at us when we try to explain that that isn't right. However, these are just a couple bad experiences, and I think that it is still a pretty all-around good place. I'm treated like a thief every time I step foot in there even though I haven't done anything to make them think that. And every time that kid is there, he is death glaring me the whole time, to the point I won't even sit and eat there anymore.
