I just had lunch with my family of five during the Classico match, Real Madrid vs Barcelona. The hostess greeted us promptly, and we sat down immediately even though the place was very full. Once we sat down our waitress Gabby took our drink and appetizer order quickly. After 2 minutes, the drinks came and 3 minutes after that the appetizers were delivered. We order the sampler and an order 6 green chili wings. We scarfed them up as they were delicious. After she delivered the drinks, she took our entree orders. She delivered the entrees as we had finished our appetizers. Very impressive considering the place was busy. Once the entrees came they were very delicious and the quality was exceptional. I ordered the grilled chicken bacon ranch. The chicken was well grilled, and it had the right amount of spice. Other family members ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Texas Style. It looked so good and filling. I ended up tasting it as well. What a great combination of meat, cheese and chiles. To top of the lunch, we ordered the brownie sundae. What a delicious treat!!!! The warm brownie with ice cream and cherry on top really hit the spot. Thanks to Gabby for making our experience fabulous and the food was superb. Twin Peaks by far has the COLDEST, and when I say cold I mean 29 DEGREES COLD! On a hot summer day why not come in, sit back and enjoy a cold one with your loved one! Their mugs are always frozen, and they have an out doors rustic look going on. I had the pleasure of being introduced to their new menu, my bartender Stephanie, walked me through the whole entire thing! She also gave me some free samples of their four house beers, I believe it was the Dirty Blonde I decided to have. Also they finally have sweet potato fries! Can you say YUM! I had the new delicious Avocado Smash Burger, with sweet potato fries. It was perfectly cooked at medium rare, SUPER juicy, delicious, good portion size for your money! My husband is military and for his meal which he ended up getting an appetizer, Double Stacked Steak Nachos, was 25% off! Then Stephanie continued to tell me during the work week for him, Monday through Friday 11-4 it's 50% for his food! It just blew me out of the water that an establishment would do that for the soldiers! We will definitely be back to see Stephanie, with some friends! She is such a doll! Lets be honest going here for the food is a fools gambit. The menu is limited and not very diverse. On another note, yes the beer is ice cold, but that selection is also limited. Yet somehow my friends and I continue to return to this restaurant and spend hours there at a time. The reason we come back is the waitress that we request every time we go, we wont even go here unless she is working because we know that we will get the best service possible from her. Stephanie aka Indiana is easily the best waitress in that establishment. She is very outgoing and friendly with all of her tables and she has treated us better than any other waitress there. Not only does she make consistent and well timed table checks but she will bring us our drinks within minutes if we desire another. She really is the prime example and role model for any waitress whom desires to work at the establishment. I went into the twin peaks restaurant earlier last week and thought I'd try a new place but only went in to have the worst experience in all of El paso!! I received my food after about 20 minutes but yet it was brought to me cold. It wouldn't have been a problem but until the manager came over to speak to me. This manager Vide continued to tell me that my food was brought out in time and it was not cold. I politely disagreed as I had already tasted the food but she continued to tell me I was wrong and she continued to be rude to me, and give me attitude. I didn't want another meal and yet I was brought one. When I tried to explain I had to go back to work she couldn't get her eyes off her phone to even listen to me. Even if the food is bad I expect better customer service from the manager at least!! I don't think I'll be coming back to this location due to lack of professionalism from the manager! read more

Very slow service!! There were 5 in our group. 2 drinks in our group needed to be refilled before the other 3 were served and the refills were not serve until the first meal was served. It took about 15-20mins before all meals were served after the first one. 1/2 the food was cold. One of the plates looked like something was missing since 1/4 of it was empty. The philly sandwich looked 1/2 empty too. Then we went to the beautiful patio to have a couple of drinks after dinner and was told none of the servers wanted to work the patio and it was a beautiful evening on Monday. We decided to take our business elsewhere. The beers were cold and the "views" were nice but the 5 girls just standing around talking to each other clearly were no wanting to work. I've been here a couple of times and honestly the service Natalia has provided it's beyond excellent & professional. She's the reason I keep returning because I can actually have a good time with out having to constantly look for my server.Natalie is always smiling and making sure your experience is the best. She's' very polite and professional, makes sure that you're meal doesn't get cold by waiting on condiments. She brings refills on time with out us having to ask... To make the story short there's very few waitresses that really care about you having a good experience after a long day of work and really enjoys her job. I hadn't been back to my hometown, El Paso, to really enjoy the element, and I went to Twin Peaks located on I-10 westbound right before Cielo Vista, this Friday: people filtered in around lunchtime from their jobs and some for leisure. The music was rock 80s nostalgic, I went in to use the Wi-Fi, have a couple of beers, work online and maybe have some lunch. Azia is the best kept popular secret there. She is considerately attentive, super hot (great service regardless) and a welcoming agent in the place, along with all the other girls who most to all greeted me at the door with open arms and a cordial introduction, I loved their hospitality, I supremely enjoyed the Dos X beer, the green chile chicken soup, seasoned fries and Cubano sandwich. Definitely my favorite place to grab a cold icy beer on a hot day. I always have a Dirty Blonde draft beer in a man size mug while watching sports on their many tvs to view. Sometimes there is a long wait on busy days or events but it is all made up for by the beautiful servers. I have always had very attentive girls wait on me and and i always ask for my favorite girl Jannette Miller. She always makes me smile and knows how to brighten my day. The food here is also steaming hot when it comes out and always cooked to order. My most favorite dish is the Philly Cheesesteak which comes on a hoagie bun with fries. The price is very reasonable especially for how fast food is served. Would recommend this place to anyone i know and would bring my friends and family. read more

I went to lunch here today and I would say it was amazing!! From the time I walked in the place everyone had a smile on their faces. The atmosphere was just a good vibe. The hostess was very nice as well as my waitress Mayra. I ordered fried pickles as appetizers and they was delicious. Then I order and cheeseburger with fire fries. The burger was cooked perfectly med well and the patty was flavor full. The lettuce and tomatoes looked and tasted fresh. The fries was hot,seasoned and just out the fryer. I didn't have to wait for anything Mayra was aways on time if I needed something to This was the best lunch I have had in this town that I didn't cook myself. After work hangout for myself and coworkers. Came to watch midday NFL games, TVs all around had a good mix of games. Was greeted initially by miss Kathy at the bar and introduced to the other bartender Kimberly. Had a taste of the house IPA, not an IPA fan but it had a good distinct flavor to it. Ordered a Michelob Ultra and boneless wings. Korean Volcano and Spicy Cajun are great flavors. Was greeted by two of the managers, a gentleman from the kitchen who checked in on food quality, and a lovely young woman who adjusted a TV to the Steelers broadcast for my group and checked in our stay regularly. Just like when I go to Ojos Locos, I come here for the Beers, the TVs and the eye candy, it never disappoints. However if you come here for the food alone then you did not do your homework. If you must order some food go for any of the burgers or fries, these are decent. As for for the things they do well, the best place to watch multiple sports at the same time, for example March Madness, NFL Ticket or the like, this is it. Beer is always coldest on those frozen mugs, and the girls are always cute and very friendly, what else could a guy want? My server Deseray is THE best. She is so sweet and attentive every time I come to Twin Peaks! Everything is so easy with her here and she just lights the whole restaurant up with vibrant personality and a gorgeous smile that never fades throughout the entire stay! She is the only server who has ever made me feel so relaxed and comfortable the very first time at any establishment. I feel so blessed to see her every time I come to Twin Peaks and I thoroughly enjoy every second of being in her presence and I just can't help but request that she be my server every time I find myself at the door. Tonight was a great night at twin peaks the fountains I was treated so well I felt like family. The service was amazing the manager Gabe was so friendly and helpful he was going to every table checking if everyone was doing well you can't get that kind of service anywhere else he really goes above and beyond for you Iove it! I recently visited Twin Peaks, and while the overall experience was disappointing, I have to give credit to our server, Vanessa, who was truly amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and made the visit worthwhile. However, the food was a real letdown. The quality just wasn't there--everything tasted bland and unappealing. If it weren't for Vanessa's excellent service, the visit would have been a complete waste. Despite the bad food, I'm glad I went because she made the experience bearable. Twin Peaks seriously needs to improve their food, but Vanessa deserves recognition for her great service! read more

From the 1st time I went in after they first opened the food and especially the service was absolutely better. I actually swore I'd never go back, but my friend had never been there so we went to check it out and we were not disappointed. Our waitress was cool beans! Brittany (if I spelled her name wrong just ask for the coolest waitress) should train other waiters/waitresses cuz she was the best, period. If you've never been it's worth a shot. Twin peaks has always been one of my favorite places to to with friends and enjoy ourselves. The beer is always really cold, the food is great and I have no complaints with the kitchen and their amazing work, some of the females that work there definitely aren't the approachable and friendly type. I'm a frequent regular of the server Marissa. She's always the happiest and nicest person every time I visit. She brings drinks and food fairly quickly and I've never had any complaints against her. I have not been here for a long time. But decided to go and check it out. I sat at the bar and the bartender iris was very nice and made sure everything I needed I had. The food was great and the beer was cold. Even the manager came and introduced him self to me. His name was Gabe. Very friendly and attentive. Looking around and watching I could see the whole staff being attentive. I will definitely be coming back again soon. I just want to share my experience that I had today. I was taken care of by Brittney and she seemed to love her job and it showed on the service. She was always smiling and so attentive to us we felt like we were the only ones in the room. I've never had customer service like this before this is honestly the best place for customer service so if you haven't been by to eat please try it out you will not be disappointed. I absolutely love this place!! So many pretty girls and good food!! Im personally not into the whole sport thing but this mountain lodge kinda place has many tvs to watch whatever youre into. My first time here i had Jannet as my waitress and she has never failed to impress me since! She recommended the queso and chips which are reasonably priced at $6.95 or $3 on happy hour. The queso is so addicting as well as the fried chicken as she also suggested. Every time my food has come out hot and almost as if it was cooked at home! 5 stars for me overall! read more
