So last night I went for The Office trivia night, which I enjoyed the trivia everything else not so much!!! First off it was hotter inside than it was outside...I felt like I was gonna passout!! Secondly our server Lanna wasn't friendly at all and very inattentive to our table, we had to actually get up and chase her down for drinks, ordering food and other items, at one point we had another server just take our order, don't get me wrong I knew that she was busy but we felt disregarded!! When we received our bill there were a number of inaccuracies on the check and when we asked a manager Brett to correct them he acted as if he was bothered by us, he wasn't a very pleasant manager at all!!! After asking for corrections he still didn't correct everything so we gave up and just paid the overages!!! The only thing our server was quick with was to pick up the check, with everything she acted as if we annoyed her or as if we didn't matter or count!!! Normally when I go I have a nice time but not so much last night!!! I will give it to the kitchen staff our food was delicious,came out correct and timely since others ran food for our server...so please give the kitchen a 5!!! Also give the buster a 5 cuz he hustled cleaning everything even removing dirty dishes from our table!!! Last night would have been so much better if the ac was fixed, if our server Lanna was pleasant and attentive which obliviously she was not and if ur manager Brett had better people skills and knew how to speak to customers with respect and professionalism!!! Twin Peaks has one last chance with me only because I enjoy a few of the girls company but other than that I wouldn't even bother anymore!!! Also beer was not cold like it normally is cuz I guess it had to sit to be ran, I couldn't even drink half cuz it was already hot!!! I hope that something gets done to correct some of ur issues cuz I feel like since I started coming 3 years ago things have went down hill with management and some of the girls!!! One last thing the hostess was as sweet and helpful as could be considering it was her first night!!! read more

I'm pretty surprised to see the negative reviews about this place but maybe I just set my expectations lower from the beginning? Regardless, I've been several times (5-10) and the closest to a "bad" experience that I've had was a particularly unintelligent waitress who didn't get any of our jokes and made us repeat our orders a few times...but she was sweet as can be, and certainly nothing out of the ordinary for a scandily-clad-waitress place. Anyway, on a far more important note... -the beer is always super cold (YES!) -the cup of bacon...it is literally an entire single glass of delicious thick-cut candied & peppered bacon for like $7, lol...do I even need to elaborate on this? I think not. -the Mom's Pot Roast, OMG. My mom never made pot roast bc all she made was rice & gravy and shrimp stew and whatnot...but if she did, I would hope it tasted like this one. So yum. All in all, I think this place is great if you keep your expectations realistic. You're not going to get a 5-star dining experience. It's a Hooters in a newer, nicer restaurant with cuter outfits and generally better food. If you're into that sort of thing, I don't think you're going to be disappointed. read more

Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our family during our visit to the Twin peaks. You and your staff were so very accommodating and informed about our special dietary needs. The food at the Twin peaks was always delicious! My son had a wonderful time and liked that he could order special food and the chef would make it so he could eat it. If you wouldn't mind telling me how you prepared the fish, I would like to try making some for him at home, since he enjoyed it so much. He even asked if we could stay until his birthday in July. What a thoughtful gesture to have the cake for my niece on her birthday! It was delicious, and my son and my mom enjoyed their desserts as well. I tried the blueberry muffin and it was delicious! It was so nice to know we didn't have to worry as much about our food, and that we were able to order it and not have to bring a lot of food with us. Me & my bud went here for lunch. As we walked in we were greeted by a girl who told us to have a seat where we wanted. We sat & waited for a waitress for over 10 min. Someone finally came, we ordered our beers & a couple of burgers. the waitress disappeared for a few minutes then we saw her sitting a few tables away with a large group of guys. 15 min later.... She's still sitting there, we still don't have drinks.20 min.... I go ask the bartender for a couple of beers & asked if our order was ready. She said they didn't have an order for us! What?! She then told me to take a seat & she would send someone over....no one comes. 10 min later, I get back up, go to the bar & ask if she was sending someone over, she rolled her eyes & dismissed me as she walked away. I saw another waitress & asked if she would mind taking care of us, she came over & I told her we had ordered 2 beers & 2 burgers & we haven't received them. She said she would take care of it, came back a couple min later with a BILL for $32, ummmm excuse me? Again we did not receive our order! Horrible service & poorly run... No thanks! read more

I have been going to Twin Peaks all around the south for years and let me tell you, this one is the best yet. I see the negative reviews from last year and the new management signs up front and see that there must have been a new leaf turned here. You can tell the servers are new but they are so happy, bouncing around laughing and joking. You can tell they really do enjoy their job. As a female guest, i have to say next time I am in town I will be back. From the manager that came to my table, how cold my angry orchard was, Kennedi who waited my table, and my moms pot roast.. I am truly impressed. I used to wait tables in college and this is the way you're told to do it, nice to see them actually delivering it and with a smile on their faces. We went to Twin Peaks for the first time....really disappointed, service was slow prices for food was a big let down ex: I had the blackened chicken,shrimp and a bed of fries for $14.15------ I got 3 small pieces of chicken,4 shrimp and ( a bed of fries on the bottom of the basket and my husband had a hamburger with fries that was greasy and tasteless $15 freakin dollars. All the waitress looked way younger than 24, the only part of there bodies that looked older than there ages was there boobs...the requirement for dresscode must be a pushup bra. they were training 2 flatchested girls in the booth right by the kitchen they'll be gone to Victoria secret to get there pushups and the kitchen help was just staring at all the girls chest, no wonder our food was slow getting to us.....NEVER AGAIN....I would rather go to Hooters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

First time we have been. Yes I know they have been open for a while but we are busy people. So lets start by saying the staff is Great and very friendly. The place is cozy, right up our alley as my husband absolutely loves hunting and camo. We brought the boys and the smiles on their faces were priceless!! The manager came to the table with a free chips and salsa coupon card to bring at next visit. Thanks :) Shaniese was our waitress and she was very great with personality and conversation!! We ordered the peaks sampler and we ordered wings a salad and burger all was super Delicious and quick!! My wife and I use to come here all the time. We love the cold beer and the tasty food, but the service was always a deal breaker. Not until we seen an "under new management" sign did we stop by and gave them a new try. Being an older lesbian couple, we did not always get the best service over here, but last week completely changed that. Our server was Kianna, she was so adorable and very attentive. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We did not have to ask for anything. She even got the manger to stop by and talk to us. Twin Peaks have definitely upgraded and have made a whole 180. They are one of our favorites again, we'll be dining in frequently now. read more

The new management and service team they have is amazing! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and friendly service. The food was excellent and extremely fast. I was never able to finish my fountain drink all the way before my refill was on the table. They are also doing a great job with keeping everything clean and spaced out during COVID 19. From the moment walking in I was greeted with a smile and an inviting ambiance. I sat at the bar with friends to enjoy a few beers and from the start the bartenders were engaged and attentive. The general manager made a point to introduce herself and give us a little background on what Twin Peaks was all about. Now Ive worked in restaurant prior for over 5 years I can say I have a bit of a preference on how I expect my experience to be. I went to this location with a group of friends last night. Immediately we were greeted by the host who were very friendly and brought us to a table on the patio. Gee, our server, was at the table within a minute to greet us and and get our drink orders. Our appetizers, drinks, and food were all AWESOME, but nothing topped Gee's service. From the moment she came to the table she acted like she had known us for years. First experience at your restaurant and I will absolutely be back to see Gee and to try more of your menu options. Twin Peaks in Sarasota is a solid spot if you're looking for ice-cold beer and great comfort food. The beer really lives up to the hype--served super cold every time--and the menu has a lot of tasty options that hit the spot. They also offer military discounts, which is a nice touch and definitely appreciated. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the service. It can be a bit hit or miss and slower than expected at times. That said, the food and atmosphere still make it worth stopping by. If they tighten up the service, this place would easily be a five-star go-to. read more

At the request of new management I came back in to see if things had improved since my last visit. I was greeted and seated quickly, and my tea glass was never empty. Servers we attentive and professional, a huge improvement over the last few visits. The food was hot and fresh and came out fairly quickly despite the restaurant being busy. All in all I'm impressed by the 180 turnaround the new management as accomplished. The new manager Jay really has the place firing on all 8 cylinders. Food, service, cleanliness all on point. We were bummed meat and cheese board gone but that's a national thing. I went with my partner to twin peaks and the place was great. Our server, Angie was the best and so sweet. She was on top of everything at all time and brought our food really fast. I have been going here for a few years now. It's not only a great place to watch fights on tv, but it has amazing food, good service, and VERY cold beer.
