Paid $26 for a 14oz steak and 7oz of it was edible. I get it they aren't known for their food but ut was so fatty and gristly it wasn't edible. When I mentioned something to the server she looked confused. Not really hard to do in there it seems. I had to repeat my order 3 times and there was only 2 of us eating. Again I get it...its a breastaurant but we went to watch the basketball games and eat and instead for ignored the 1st 20 minutes we were there only for someone to come up and ask if wed been helped. I was in town visiting a friend and he brought me to Twin Peaks. I didn't know what to expect and when I got there, I just laughed and went with it. The ambiance is outdoors-y and in line with their branding. The waitstaff is friendly and...In-line with their branding lol. We sat down at the bar and they have a wide selection of drinks. Pretty much everything you could want. When we were there they had some ridiculous happy hour going that somehow is hard to remember the exact details. Gotta love TX It definitely would be a great place to watch some NFL or other sports that your interested in. One thing that was kind of cool is that when I was there they had a guy playing guitar and singing. The music inside wasn't bad but I headed outside for a bit to enjoy. He was genuinely good and both paying the strings and singing. We later found out that he was blind. Pretty incredible if you ask me. We finally decided to order something so I went for a safe bet with the fried chicken, mashed potatoes and veggies. It was very tasty but slightly salty. I didn't think that was a huge deal though as the potatoes, chicken and veggies actually had flavor instead of being blnd and covered up by the use of salt. Long story short is that if you like a nice waitstaff, great ambiance, plentiful bar choices and decent food, this place is your jam! Another lovely visit to Twin Peaks. I didn't even know that it was Angela's last day. I remember one time bringing in a label because her current name tag wasn't ready after already working there for like a week. She was always so cheerful and always comes by to say hi to the regulars. The food was great. I had a hangover burger and the meat was cooked perfectly. I keep on forgetting the manager's name but the one that was there is always so friendly. He went to Grand Prairie for a bit and came back. Glad he did because the manager that was here from Grand Prairie would often sit around at a booth and then play with his phone as if he didn't have anything better to do. There have been a lot of changes in management in the restaurant and I can see the success the changes have made in the business. I like how some days they can play the music loud to enjoy it but not too loud. Every now and then when you get there around sunset you can see the managers dim the lights a little which is pretty cool. Just a suggestion to management that handle the customer complaint emails. At least have a auto response for the customer email account, I've sent email to Customerservice@twinpeaksrestaurant.com and never get a response except if it's something horrible like burnt food. read more

Twin peaks gets NO stars, Im fr not the type to leave reviews, but NATALIE was the worst server i have ever had in my whole life, she forgot every single thing we asked for, had to ask 2 or 3 times for everything, complained on gettin no tip after her terrible service, she cussed the people at my table out and charged my card for extra drinks without telling me. I will definitely be coming back here again; I highly recommend. The beer was great and the service was phenomenal. My boyfriend and I ordered tall dirty blondes and I also had a small Guinness Stout, and both were great. We also ordered 18 boneless wings. 5/5 pineapple habanero (sauce) 3/5 lemon pepper (dry rub) 2/5 thai sweet chili (not very spicy, and it was a dry rub which I would have more liked if it were saucey). 3/5 We shared an order of the Brisket Tacos which were your average bar tacos, they tasted good but were a little dry and lacked flavor for my liking. But again, a few beers in, you'll be fine with these. Our server was Rachel and very attentive and kind. I appreciate a place with great service, and she was great! We'd come back and grab a beer or two again. I came up to this Twin Peaks after doing an errand for a friend to help him with his Christmas shopping. When I went inside, I was greeted by Wanda. After she seated me, I asked her for an unsweet ice tea. She recommended the Caesar salad with salmon filet. I requested that the salad have no croutons. After she confirmed it, she eventually refilled my empty glass of ice tea after I drank it a few moments later. The Caesar salad was wonderful. I regret that the fillet was small, but that can't be helped due to inflation. As always, Wanda took the time to chat and also told me that she was training a new server. I appreciate her professionalism, especially when I was about to leave. As to why I say that, she asked me if I wanted an unsweet ice tea to go after finishing my meal. So why do I keep going to chain restaurants like, #twinpeaks,hoping for a different result? Well, Albert Einstein did say, "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results." Call me insane then! Sure you shouldn't take life too seriously but if I am paying for service why is it primarily bad? So before some say, "It's your attitude, you were looking for something wrong" or "Well look where you chose to eat". Look.... I am always polite and courteous when I walk into any restaurant or fast food joint even if I am HANGRY because come on folks... why would you want to piss off the people who will make or serve your food? So let's get into it... After a long day and nothing in my tummy since 11am I finally settled on Twin Peaks in Lewisville, around 8:30 PM! Figured I would get an appetizer and the turkey avocado smash for my main! I was escorted to the bar area where it was mainly dead but that would change in about 30 minutes. I meet a temporary waitress who was asked to come from her Grand Prairie location along with 3 other girls to help out. That should have been red flag #1 about this Lewisville location! Well, we chatted for a brief moment. Told her I was hungry and decided to start off with the mini taco appetizer. She even convinced me to to try their new lemonade Hennessy drink or something to that nature. But didn't really want. I was still contemplating what to eat because Twin Peaks had removed their turkey avocado smash. 15 minutes later a different waitress came by with my drink. The drink wasn't really anything to brag about. I could taste the alcohol and it had a lemony taste to it. Not bad but not good. Basically, an eye roll drink... like why did I order this BS! Well, as I sip my drink a group of little league baseball kids and there chaperones, about 40, came in and guess where they sat them! LoL the empty bar. Well, I wasn't upset but, knew the service was gonna go downhill and I would be the odd ball out of the bunch; especially at a table that held 4! My table would more be needed by this entourage of prepubescent boys. Well, since this was my waitress's section I knew my service was going to go to shhhhhhh! Another 15 minutes had passed and I watched as her, other waitresses, and a manager were trying to figure out what was what with this big group. By now I had finished my alcoholic beverage but had no mini tacos in my belly to offset the liquor! Finally, my waitress comes back and is about to ask if I am ready to order but I cut her off and say just get me the mini tacos and my check and I'll get out of here. And she insisted I didn't need to leave and I told her that with this big of group my order would never get in if I ordered a main course because the mini tacos weren't even there yet. She apologized and asked another waitress to check on my tacos and then I gave her my card to close me out. Well, 5 minutes later the tacos came and they were cold. Sooooo.... why are they cold. Well..... I am going to go with what always happens at these type of restaurants. The order was most likely done quickly but my waitress was more focused on the group and her other tables - if she had any - and my order just sat in the window cooling off and slowly acquiring all that bacteria that comes a long with cooked and cold food. This is not solely on her though. This is on the managers, other waitresses and kitchen staff. Need to better organize the chaos that is customary with any restaurant business. When you have an order that is ready it needs to be communicated that it's ready. It takes a team and not a "Well, that's not my table" attitude. So I decided to track down the waitress before she charged my card and tell her I'm not eating the tacos because they are cold and I will eat somewhere else. Needless to say, I was stuck with an alcoholic beverage that I really didn't want in the first place and an empty stomach. Overall, I'm not really too annoyed with the waitress because she was kind. I'm just disappointed I was still charged for the drink for the not so great service, time wasted and cold food! But... I still tipped. It was only two dollars but it was still 20% on a $10.81 drink, tax included. If I would have gotten the drink for free, I would have tipped more through cash or cash app. But since the gesture for the lack of service wasn't there, I ended up with the L on this one. But the upside to this is you get to share in my experience and live vicariously thru this petty review. Just know that if it wasn't for the nice waitress and her overall positive customer service, this restaurant would not be getting two stars. It would be getting one. read more

Man, we used to love coming here to the Lewisville, Tx location. Not far from where we live, good tvs, can always get our horse racing on, games, etc. Husband loves the "little fried chickens" as he calls them. It has seriously gone down hill the last year and a half or so. We used to come 4-5 times a month but the last few times, we say the same thing... what happened here? Now, we have only come here twice in 6 months. Sitting here now, barely getting service, place is almost half empty (odd for a 2pm Saturday in October during football season, baseball playoffs). Service is damn near invisible. Bartenders both on their phones - more worried about those than any customer around. The staff has certainly changed over quite a bit. Possibly new management? We don't want to order as afraid of what we might get. Chips/salsa were still good and beer was cold as usual. 2 stars for tv and cold beer. Otherwise, it would be zero stars. Sad. This place is really nice Everything is clean and sanitized. It was not busy at all when we went which was Monday during lunch time. The waitress was so sweet and always there when we needed her. First time visiting this location in over a year due to bad service and just overall experience. My family and I came in around lunch time and man was it busy. Manager Adren went above and beyond once he noticed our table hadn't been greeted and came back with waters, first time a manager has ever table touched yet alone brought us drinks while we wait. Our server was super busy but once she made it over she was also attentive and friendly. The food came out in a timely fashion and was blazing hot. We planned a happy hour with friends and coworkers weeks in advance, and ended up there during their Beanies and Bikinis event. I have to add that it was freaking FREEZING outside, like the high earlier was barely in the thirties! Serenity was our server, and she was very sweet, patient, and accommodating. Our group arrived in bits over the course of about 45 minutes or so, and she was constantly taking additional orders each time she made it back to us, not to mention me with my variety of requests for alterations and accommodations (no ice, extra limes, add cherries...I know, I'm a very unpopular stereotype for the service industry). She was always apologetic for delays, but they were clearly swamped. She even sent the hostess to our table to take orders at one point when she couldn't get to us (Bree, the hostess, was a delight as well, and continually assisted with our requests throughout the evening). The drinks were on point, the food was fantastic, and I couldn't possibly say enough about the service. Some of the other servers helped deliver to our table as well, but I didn't catch their names. Twin Peaks is our go to for cold beer. They freeze the mugs so you get a super cold beer that stays cold. A must for the hot Dallas summer. The food is ok, nothing horrible but nothing life changing either. The billionaires bacon is good. It's spicy sweet bacon, can't go wrong with bacon.
