Awesome the food is amazing! Great service and the best cold beers!! I don't think one thing on the menu isn't worth your trip!!

I'm a frequent visitor to all Twin Peaks locations throughout the country. This is my first and probably last time at this location. Before I get to the bad, let me give 5 stars to the manager, who comped me and my friend's meal, after the horrible service we got from the 2 bartenders on the afternoon shift. Service was terrible as soon as I sat down, to where I actually had to flag the first bartender down, after sitting without being acknowledged for over 5 minutes. I put a drink order in, and my friend joined me. He's full of corny jokes, and tries one with the same bartender. She wasn't having it. Now, the 2nd bartender comes over and takes our food order, after another lengthy wait. Also ignoring another couple who sat down near us. Fast forward, and the other couple got our food before we did. We're sitting another ten minutes, asking each other where our food is. It was finally brought out, cold. The bartender just puts it down and immediately walks away. Without hesitation, I went straight to a manager and just told him we'd like to send our food back and that I'll just pay for the drinks and we'll be on our way, as this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Twin Peaks. He apologized and offered to cover everything. I thanked him and me and my buddy left. If I do come back, I'll get a table next time. But I probably won't be back. read more

Actually zero stars but I have to pick a star to leave the review. THEIR ORGANIZATION SUCKS!!! How do you take my phone # for a reservation, I wait 30 minutes to get a text only to be told MY NAME CANT BE FOUND when I show up to the hostess stand!!!! Two girls standing up there looking at me like I made the stuff up! Lady I'm showing you the text I received!!! She basically just shrugged her shoulders! I was excited to go but I bet my last dollar I WILL NEVER BE BACK and I wouldn't suggest this bull**** of a place to anyone else! When a manager was asked for I was told it was game day and it was busy. So customer service is not a thing anymore. When i called to get a manager the little girl (Ken) hung up on me. Either actual adults need to be hired here or the people working the tables need to be competent. Everyone I encountered (which was never a manager) she go through a customer service refresher. I would rather drive 15 miles to find somewhere to eat then to ever eat here. read more

So food is okay, tonight we sat at the bar. I will never again sit at the bar. It took at least fifteen minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, then finally Braxtyn greeted us. I got my wine, when I was finished I put my empty glass on the edge of the bar, signaling that I was finished, which is the norm in a bar. It took 12 minutes for me to finally flag Braxtyn down. I would have asked any other bartender but know one would even look at me. Once Braxtyn finally came around and I was able to get her attention she said "you know, you can ask any bartender it doesn't have to be me, cause I'm busy". We had no silverware, so my husband had to reach over the bar. Then I had to send my salad back because of undercooked chicken. Just a bad experience. read more

I visited Twin Peaks Madison today. I highly recommend Hannah as your server. Hannah is the epitome of what you would hope for in a server. She is friendly, entertaining, funny and prompt. She makes the Twin Peaks Madison experience exceptional. read more

Based off Brentwood peaks I'll rate theirs a 10/10 Not sure if it's just the area of this location but nothing in rivergate ever seems to make it anymore. I'm like a secret shopper, I observe other customers and body language. Response time for others food and everything in between. The inside is very clean and orderly - 10/10 Food order response time - 6/10 (took a little too long just for fried pickles when there's only 30 people in here. Time it took for a server/bartender to greet me. 2/10 - only 2 other people at the bar when I sat down there was 3 bartenders just walking around talking. Waited 7 minutes before being greeted. Greeted by host- 0/10 - there was no host at all Beer- 6/10- it's cold yeah..... but this dirty blonde is skunked. Extremely too bitter. Definately not like brentwoods. But I will revisit this review later on to see if there is any improvements or just a bad day.. ‍ read more

Ordered the bon-in wings the server was great but I made sure I asked for them extra well done since that's how I eat my wings, they came out about 45min later Super under cooked and really cold, i asked the server to re-make them, she said the manager refused since I already took a bite out of wings (His name was Juan) he refused also to come speak with me, I told them I'll pay for another order just to make right this time, he refused again and said they ran out of supplies. I then got very upset paid my check left a tip (way over 20%) and walked out hungry. Management please address this issue with Juan.. Personally I try to be a good person in all situations but as a business owner my self I feel this could have been handled way better then it did. read more

Ordered to go because they stay slammed being new. We ordered pulled pork double stuffed nachos and man they give you a ton. The only issue was lack of cheese but it was good. Also, the philly was good but needed more cheese. Good size and flavor but not extra special just solid. Nice atmosphere and plenty of tv's. Again the issue being they stay slammed. Tried to get in before 5 on a friday and they were already slammed lol That's good in a way because people seem to like it. So it was to go and watching college football at home. Food 3.5 rounded to 4. Rounded earned do to nice place. If you are a guy that likes looking at waitresses as a motivator, well you wouldn't be disappointed. My wife and I came on a busy Saturday night and were not disappointed. It was our first time here and not only did we enjoy the food and drinks that were recommended to us we enjoyed the experience the server Alana gave us. The amaretto sour that was recommended to us is amazing and we were really sold when she told us it was $5. Our server always had our drinks filled and answered all of the questions we had. My Son took me there for my Birthday, walked in you would have thought that I flashed a badge or something, very cold reception, the server talked so fast and low that I couldn't get half of what she was saying, they must cater to the regulars because she hopped in a seat with a couple other people and didn't move until our food was ready, The burger's wasn't bad but Jumbo and Delicious in Hendersonville is better. didn't ask if I wanted anything else or dessert for my Birthday. Arrived on a Wednesday was told wait time was 30 minutes waited well over an hour. Seen about 4-5 host just standing around Half the restaurant was empty so I didn't understand the wait. When we finally did get seated they were out of most of the items we wanted so we settled on wings chili and Mac n cheese with a order of fries and sweet potato fries. Chili went to the wrong table 3 times before we finally waved her down when we realized it was ours. It was decent came out barely warm Wings and fries and Mac came out next everything was cold, flavorless, and gross. For all the bad reviews, I was skeptical to try, but I was pleasantly surprised! Great beer and pretty good wings. Make sure your fries are cajun because without the cajun spice they're pretty much cardboard. Oh and the fried pickles were good too! read more

Food and drinks are good. The ambience is definitely not for a family with small kids. Both times we've been seemed like we were at a strip club but the wings weren't as good as the strip club. Lol. I've only been a couple of times but both were good experiences. Wait staff is young and inexperienced but they make up for it in friendliness. Food is better than many places in our neighborhood and priced comparatively. The beer is what makes it a good deal. Very cold. We'll be back. read more

Rarely do I leave a bad review based on service, but this was abominable. We had a medium sized party - 8 total. The restaurant wasn't super packed either, and they appeared to be well staffed with servers. For one person in our group, it took close to 30 minutes to get the beer he ordered. It took so long that he walked to the bar to get it. When his beer finally came, the server was so confused and almost acted offended. Other drinks were also super delayed to arrive intermittently at the table. Close to 45 after arriving, she finally started taking our dinner order - and it wasn't because she tried to take the orders earlier and we weren't ready. Before the food arrived, the manager was making rounds calling for last call for food orders since they were closing early due to weather - totally understandable, icy conditions. When the food arrived, one of the orders was wrong. When the manager came to check on the order, he was more concerned that the food that came was actually right, the server just input it wrong. He said he could take it off the ticket, and could she just 'work with him' since they were closing the kitchen early and clearly didn't want to remake the correct order. We were all about finished with our food when the manager loudly announced to the restaurant that he needed everyone to leave in the next five minutes so they could close. I get you are closing early for icy conditions, but there are better ways to do that. Also, if we hadn't had to wait so long for our orders to even be taken, we could have been gone 30 minutes sooner...definitely some management and service opportunities at this location. read more
