Service was horrible waited 40min just for our drinks,our waitress was nowhere to be found.

Slooooooooooooow service. Food was ok, not hot when It came out, not very big portions. Co-workers want to eat here, I will not return.

Super disappointed. I'm from Fort Worth and have been eating at TP forever. The service here was horrible. No smiles on any faces and most of the wait staff was walking with no sense of urgency. We sat for ten minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were there. Then once we were finally welcomed we ordered 3 beers. It took almost ten minutes to get a beer. Then we ordered the Triple Play appetizer and the the queso was almost cold and the guacamole seemed like it had been sitting in the bowl for a long time. The cheese was turning solid and the guacamole was turning brown. Just very sad. From the food, to the drinks to the service just a disappointing visit all around. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else when in Odessa. read more

Odessa First of all waited 5 minutes for hostess. Drove from Midland. Then ordered beer and a menu. There's no BLT on menu , so ordered turkey smash with Bacon and with the turkey and avocado on the side. What do you know, pretty much a BLT. Server comes back with excuse we don't have ingredients to make Turkey Smash now. So i drink my beer, and go somewhere else to eat. When I tell server that I'm not eating now, she becomes disinterested in providing service. I'm from DFW Texas and my friend and I have lunch almost every Friday at the Irving Texas location. Party of 12. 45 minute wait after seated to place drink orders. Table was never pre-bused. Waited over half a hour to get drink refills. Ordered appetizers, that took another hour. Found our waitress with other associates taking selfies & gossiping around the backdoor & restroom area. Finally after over two hours. We finally had a chance to place our dinner order. We went to the bar to get drink refills & was refused service. After four hours we had three drink refills. We waited another 30 minutes to get our check. Never again! read more

This time i ate there i was very disappointed. I was informed after i got my food. That some items i asked for wasn't available. For example. The wedge salad, i asked for balsamic and a ranch an shredded cheese. It came out looking like a 4 th grader made it. And I had to ask again for the cheese and balsamic. Walked in, got seated right away, UFC fight prelims were on, it was about 5:30-5:35pm. Watched the last round of one fight. Listed to two songs that they played way too loud. Now it's 5:47pm. First the service...we arrived at around 4:30pm and asked to be seated outside at the patio, however the hostess advised us that servers were limited there for some reason. After waiting for about 15 minutes, no one came regardless of seeing more than a dozen TP girls having a meeting next to us, no one bothered to serve us. We walked back to the hostess stand and asked to be seated inside due to the lack of service. After being seated inside, we still waited about 10 minutes to be served?!? WTF, it took them about 25 minutes in all to even get our order and about 30 minutes for them to bring me a beer. thank god! The rest of the hour was ok, our waitress was attentive and catered to our need. Second the beer/food...the chips & queso we ordered was decent, nothing to brag about, I got better ones from On the Border yet again it is a sports bar. The fire fries, chicken strips and fried shrimp was fresh from the fryer, they were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, they did the job, filled me up ok. To summarize my visit, I don't go much for the girls although they are good look at while sippin on a beer, go more for their ICE COLD BEER and some apps on the side, great place for gatherings, service is lacking, best beer in town and that's about it! read more

This place was amazing. We took my husband here for his birthday and he had an awesome time. When his order came out wrong they didn't hesitate to fix it to the fullest extent. My toddler son was awed by our server who was so nice and friendly to him. The place was packed tonight and still they managed to get all food and drinks out in a surprisingly timely manner. The food was amazing and everyone we interacted with was just as friendly as can be. I highly recommend visiting them any time you have the chance and we will absolutely be back, hopefully very soon. This location has really gone downhill. I'm a regular during football season and have generally been pleased with the food, service, and atmosphere. My last visit was horrendous with poor performance across the board. A Manhattan is not a glass of straight rye. The bartender and server should both know this. A bowl of chili is topped with shredded cheese/red onions and thick, not plain and thin like soup. A Caesar salad has Parmesan and croutons, not just a bowl of greens with dressing. The kitchen and server should both know this. And what manager would think EDM music at table-shaking volume matches the concept of a sports bar? Ridiculous. read more

This place is similar to The Kilt. They do have cold beers and mugs. The food is great . It is not your average bar or sports bar food. They have gourmet burgers to steak and shrimp plates. You can order a salad or just fried bar food. The bar is big and it is a big U shape. They have lots of tv's and they have little tv's on the wall next to your table if you want to watch something different. The staff are friendly. They also have a big patio with a fire pit. I love drinking draft beer when I come here. Although I didn't this time, my husband did & they serve it at a perfect ice cold temperature. My husband ordered a short one, but still had 4 so I think ounce for ounce he would've been better ordering the big one, but I don't know for sure. We shared the venison chili & chicken nachos. Terrible service!!! We came in late, around 1 am because, as servers ourselves, we got off work late, but wanted a beer before going home. We started off at a table, ordered a beer and a shot. We finished that, and could not find our server. It's now 1:20, we're trying to get another beer before last call. Moved to the bar, they would NOT serve us. Why? They said the rule was we can't move between servers, we have to close out with our old server, she can't transfer tabs, just because they don't know how much we've had to drink. At this point, we've had one beer, so it was a little excessive, and the bartenders just refused service. When we got it sorted out and finally got our second beer, the manager proceeded to try and scalp our cooks from our restaurant!! He did apologize, but still had to pay and tip people who had no interest in serving us. No wonder there was no one in there on a Saturday night, but we will not be back. read more

My husband and I like to come here for the really cold beer, cheese bites and chicken tenders. HOWEVER, LATELY the cheesebites are overcooked and the portion is not very big. The fries are either over or under cooked. The past 2 servers we have had are mediocre at best. I still enjoy the really cold beer but wish the food was up to how proud they are of it. And for fear of sounding like an old fogie, the music is so loud we can't hear each other even discuss the order. The waitress can't hear us over it either. Don't waste your time or money, food was overcooked, the music was so loud and distorted that even on the patio you can't enjoy your company. Table was sticky, and we didn't even get napkins or silverware till 10 min after we got our food.
