First off, the manager and the food were surprisingly good, however that isn't enough to garner more than one star for me. This is is bar far the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Look ladies behind the bar, just cause you have a gigantic pair of fake tits and are pretty easy on the eyes doesn't excuse you from actually doing your job. You actually have to serve your customers and have to acknowledge their existence instead of standing there throwing coasters at your boyfriends head or whatever. And when I finally interrupt this asinine game it would be really nice of you to not leer at me with your hands on your hips and slam the beer down with such force that it nearly breaks the goddamn glass. If you don't like serving then don't do it, that fucking simple. Oh and I'm sorry that I actually treated you with respect and like a human being instead of trying to throw ice cubes or coasters down your shirt, apparently that's not what you're there for. read more

I spent a lot of time tossing up how many stars to give this place based on service, location, atmosphere, drinks, prices & that I'm female (we didn't eat here). I've settled on 2 based on the following (and that I can't give 1.5) - This is a "breastaurant". The girls show more than hooters, but at least hooters staff are friendly & don't ignore the women in the place. It was an extremely busy night with NHL, NBA and then the NFL Draft on. If we wanted an actual table rather than the patio area, was going to be a 45 min wait. Pros - cheap drinks, lots of TV's that had sound on at the required times (in this case NFL draft), really friendly patrons, nice outdoor area, location in comparison to our hotel Cons - service from the bar staff was horrid. Close to 30 min wait for our first drinks (if I had've known where else to go, I would have), even when we did eventually get to order our bartender was rude, took forever, ignored my friend when he ordered. They let people sit at the bar, but you have to order where people are sitting so it's a nightmare. Every other time my friend (male) went to the bar on his own, he was served promptly & with a smile - when he was with one of us girls, staff seemed to be waaaay less friendlier & slower. They should realise you keep most of the group happy and we're more likely to tip higher, not just the guys! read more

Let's face it, we all know what you're getting into when you come to a place like this in an oilfield town. The ambience is rough. However, that wasn't really my problem because, like I just said, it's expected. My real issue was with the food and the way some of the waitresses behave. I ordered the B.E.L.T. and I couldn't even take a bite of it. The bread was hard to the point where it hurt my jaw. How does that even happen? Who knows. Then, you have the waitresses. Ours was nice, polite, and fast, although on the too flirty side. I get that you can get these dudes to tip you fat if you flirt w them, but we were all kind of wondering about this girl. We don't go to places like these ever. In fact, we went there because we didn't want to drive far. I will most definitely avoid it. Gets two stars for fast service. read more

Not that anyone checks Yelp before going to Twin Peaks, but still. Placed an order to-go for a steak. Picked it up my food from the bar. Once I got back to the hotel these are the things that were wrong with my order: the dressing was not on the side as requested but tossed with the salad, the steak was well done and it was requested to be medium rare, no plasticware, no napkins. The online menu says pepper jack cheese and Napa cabbage, the salad is loaded with blue cheese and no Napa cabbage. read more

My table ate With there hands because needles to say no one had silverware or napkins. My son also ordered wings and not only were they cold I'm talking refrigerator cold! My first time here. Good but strange service, mediocre food. When the waitress asked how my pretzel appetizer was and I told her that it was cold, greasy, and not airy, she just laughed. Didn't offer to get another. When she asked my friend if he liked one of the beers he had and he replied that it wasn't very good, she did the same thing. Neither one of us were looking for replacements but a properly trained server would have answered differently. My guess is that the servers are hired because of their good looks and not for their skills. I probably won't go back. Not a horrible experience but also not a worthwhile experience. read more

When I asked her for a cup of water she rolled her eyes and I saw her spit in my food when she brought it over to our table. And she also had the audacity to flirt with my fiancé in front of me. I have tried the place for several days to see if the lack of service was an abnormality. The service is not good! The servers don't smile, I don't know what the deal is but the servers are not very friendly. One waitperson put a 25%tip on her own ticket. The customer(me) was not made to feel welcome. The best person on staff by far was Grace. The food on several occasions was average. The wings were dry and over cooked, the burger was over cooked, the chili was greasy, the buffalo chicken tacos tasted like cleaner. In short twin peaks would not be recommended by me for food, service or environment. Everyone that works here seems grumpy and ordering something made me feel like I was inconveniencing the staff. Bad experience. Served me their 2nd hottest wings instead of medium tai flavored. My friend received his burger before chips and salsa. My bowl of bean soup was half filled! The cup serving was larger and 1/2 the price. I visited Twin Peaks on a Sunday at around noon. There wasn't a lot of people there which was nice. We say down and ordered some beers and fried pickles. The beer took a little longer than normal to get to our table but no big deal. Draft beer with a small layer of ice on top is absolutely refreshing. The beers were perfect. The fried pickles were also amazing. When we finally ordered our main dishes, I was a little disappointed with the quality. I had a cup of venison chili and the hangover burger. The chili didn't taste anything like venison and was extremely greasy. Not worth the almost $6 for a small cup. The burger was also a little disappointing. It was a very small patty with a huge greasy bun. Not worth it at all. Overall, this seems like a nice place to go out with the guys and order some beers and appetizers. The Management at this location is laughable. They are childish, petty and unprofessional. Their personal Drama spills over into their management style, with one exception. Managers get jealous of the girls tips and are vindictive about it. If there was another store comparable, Bombshells, RedNeck Heaven, newer Hooters, this one would go out of business. Managers are extremely arrogant and entitled, feel like the girls are there as their pawns to make them bonuses but could care less if the girls are getting tips. Worst experience ever. Waitress was not very attentive, took us 45 minutes to sit and 30 minutes after that to get our food. Items were forgotten and told me they would take off from the ticket but they neglected to do that. Ladies, if you like to be completely ignored (not even eye contact) by your waitress while she takes care of your male colleagues at your table, be served a drink with stuff floating in it in a dirty cup from the bar, be shorted on your liquor pour (a straight bourbon pour is 2 fingers, not 1 pinky), get your new replacement drink taken away after 2 sips, and have your closeout ticket given to you when you asked to OPEN a tab, this is the place for you! Felt so unwelcome and out of place I got up and left my coworkers before we had our food order taken. I went across the parking lot the Chili's where they had a friendly waitstaff and bartender. Recieved great service there while my co-workers stayed and had to chase the waitress down for beverages. I think that dirty drink was a sign that I needed to leave because this restaurant is not quite the most sanitary in the midst of a pandemic. Twin peaks waitstaff: just remember... women tend to be very generous tippers. Don't be foolish and treat your lady guests like crap. We have money too. read more

Not even going into full detail because it would be an annoyance to relive, the waitress there Danilia forgot drinks, appetizers TWICE, refills TWICE and EVEN the main meal was messed up and put off on the kitchen. Been here a hand full of times and we've always had great service. As promised, beer is always cold and our food has been great every time. We're new to Odessa and have been trying restaurants out about 3 times a week and Twin Peaks has some of the best service. I wish they had a bigger menu but I will take their smaller menu over great service any day. We love Hooters but the one in Odessa isn't one I would use as a standard of practice. Their hostess is rude and so are most of their waitresses. Twin Peaks on the other hand is always welcoming, attentive, food is always hot and fresh and if something is wrong is quickly corrected. I had an amazing time at this Twin Peaks, the food was great like always. My waitress was Marvy and she is amazing. I highly recommend the philly cheesesteak... Also, definitely sit in Marvy's section, best view in the entire restaurant. read more
