The food is good, service is good some of there policies seem a bit strange. When you sit at the bar they want you to provide them with a method of payment prior to serving you. When you sit at a table they don't. So I guess if your at the bar the don't trust you if your at a table they trust you. read more

I'm not sure if I'll go back to this location even if it's close to home. Service was bad, rarely was asked if we needed anything else or if the drinks or food were great. Started off with a house margarita for my girlfriend that she said was bad and didn't finish it so she opted a watermelon margarita that was better. I ordered a 22oz Ultra but both drinks took about 25 minutes to get. Ordered mozzarella cheese bites and double stacked Brisket nachos that came out cold, and took about over 30 minutes to come out. We were there for about 2 hours and was only to get 2 beers and 2 margaritas ordered with our appetizers. First impressions are very important, and my first impressions of this place were awful. When we checked in, they said they couldn't give us a wait time but that there were 23 parties in front of us. We were a party of 10, and it's Saturday so we completely understood. After about an hour, we saw multiple parties being seated and it felt like we were being skipped over. We asked for an update and to speak to the manager, and immediately, she was very condescending and rude. She was speaking to us like we were incompetent, she never apologized once, and rather than dealing with the situation, she chose to kick us out. She did not want to give us her name, and said if we were going to call and complain, it would go back to her anyways. If I could give this location a zero, I would. Warning, if you're a large party made up of POC, I would definitely avoid this location. I understand that they're not able to give us an estimated wait time, but the manager was unnecessarily rude. Was defensive as soon as we asked if there was an update on being seated after waiting for over an hour. Extremely weird because the manager was overly sweet with all the other white customers. Manager asked security to kick us out and did not want to give us her name, stating that even if we called the establishment, it would be her answering. She said, "Well you're here on a night when it's a Suns game." Overall, she had an overly condescending and aggressive mood towards us for no reason other than racism to be honest. We get that it was a busy, Saturday night, but we are all adults and there should never be any reason to treat customers the way we were treated. read more

Went here yesterday to watch some of the draft. We ordered drinks and wings. They still have some kinks to work out which is understandable being a new restaurant. It was a little slow service. We ordered drinks and 12 wings. They were served with a tiny side of blue cheese. Not enough for the amount of wings. I asked for another side. It took a while to get the side. By the time we got it we had one wing left. We were charged for the extra side. I feel like they should have two sides of the blue cheese if you order 16. The side is way too small and we waited way too long to get it. Food was good and beer was ice cold. Cajun isn't spicy like they advertised. Still good. Just not right to charge for an extra side, especially when it's so small. read more

All I can say is Cynthia held the bar down tonight for such a busy night, she always makes my husband and I feel welcomed! Consistently walking up and down the bar with pace to make sure not 1 not 2 but every customer has a drink at all times. She has such a welcoming personality, always smiling, always checking up. Every 2-3 minutes Cynthia was there asking if there was anything we needed never once did I have to wave down a bartender. She killed it. I highly recommend Cynthia! Thank you always ! Very disappointed as I've had good experiences at their other restaurants. They also are new and probably still training their staff. But it should not take an hour to get a drink. I went with my wife on a Wednesday night for dinner. My wife ordered a WOW beer, I ordered a Dos Equis. Wife gets the drink, I'm told that they are changing the keg. Server comes twice and says it's odd nobody has brought my drink. Doesn't offer me something else, doesn't offer me a water. Finally on her fourth time checking on the table she informs me that there is something wrong with the keg, can she get me something else. So I ordered a blue moon. Still waited another 15 minutes for the blue moon. I assumed the restaurant would comp something for their really bad service, but nope. Completely poor service. read more

My husband and I came in for lunch on 5/27/23; Service was terrible; someone came by and asked if anyone had helped us yet. NO. Server came and took our drink order and it took another 10 minutes for them to bring 2 iced teas. We asked for sugar and they brought 2 packets ONLY. No iced tea spoon and the silverware was a knife and fork. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich with fries and a pork Cubano which was cold. I ordered extra crispy fries and they were, but the server came out and said it was taking so long because of the extra crispy fries, so I naturally thought when it was brought out it would be piping hot; NOT SO. Almost room temperature on the fries and Cubano sandwich. My husband's sandwich was hot, but not his fries. horrible first time experience! read more

First time coming with my husband and waited for 40 minutes when all the servers just stood in the front talking instead of seating people to open table that were available. I wouldn't come back and don't recommend to come. These servers need to be retrained so people don't have to walk out. read more

Visited this TP (101 and 17) for the first time and WOW! What a great inside/outside layout and setup. We sat at the outside bar and enjoyed the amazing vibe and atmosphere. Nice big screens all around for watching sports and other events. Aleesa and Alyssa gave us excellent service and recommendations. They had our drinks and food to us quickly and made our first time experience special. Cynthia also gave us great service as well. Really enjoyed the evening and highly recommend this TP!! I just went to the Practice Day for the new Twin Peaks at Deer Valley Town Center, located near the Fired Pie! This restaurant is beautiful with I think a million TV's. Ashlynn waited on us and I can't believe she's new. Their training must be amazing as she already new the menu so well. Ashlynn was personable and amazing! Along with the great atmosphere, the food was spot on. No doubt I will be a regular here! read more

We have been to two of their locations, the one on Camelback Rd. in Phoenix and the one in Tempe Marketplace in Tempe, which is closer to our home. As a customer, you can't go wrong dining at Twin Peaks and the draft beer is served up super cold in frosty 29oz mugs. The food menu is well priced and below market compared to other places. And, the food is delicious. We had one complaint about the sweet potato fries (and the fries in general at the Tempe store) being too salty yesterday and the server immediately went back and talked with the kitchen. In a few minutes she arrived with a new complimentary order of fries for us, no questions asked. The service at both locations is exceptional. The girls are 'Top Notch' when it comes to taking care of customers and they do it all with a smile. Other restaurants and sports bars should take notice. Twin Peaks is a major competitor in the dining scene. They know what they are doing, and they do it very well. read more

Food is decent for the price. The food has potential however they consistently get the order wrong or fail to deliver the meal properly prepared and they don't know how to remedy for their mistakes. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! Tahlia that works in the bar area told me she was " non verbal " and didn't know how to answer my question. Alex the manager rolled his eyes after showing and telling him there was hair in the chicken fried chicken. Agua Fria location is fairly new but I don't see them lasting long! Went to this twin peaks last night to watch the UFC fights with a group of friends. Sat at the high tops by the bar on the outside patio. Our server Haven was excellent but later in the night one of my friends was assaulted by a drunk customer who threw multiple drinks from our table at us and striking my friend nearly in the head. Management then proceeded to ask us to leave and stated we provoked the incident. It took 5 different customers from nearby tables to come over and explain to management that we were not doing anything to provoke this customer and that we were the ones who were attacked and the drunk customer is the one that needs to be kicked out of the restaurant. His lack of management skills shows he does not have the competence to handle an escalated situation. We have gone to this location for almost every fight night and PPV since it opened but will no longer be going to twin peaks. read more

Horrible service. Got there around 530pm and sat at the bar and only had 4 beer until 10pm. Every drink was a hour wait cause it was busy there so I get. At 10pm I order my 5th beer then bartender asked to sing the ABC backwards. I said I'm not drunk but no one knows the ABC backwards. She stated well manager wants to talk to you so I said sure bring him here. Spoke with Alex the manager who is a trash manager. Called me aggressive when the whole time I was sitting down at the bar and not once raised my voice. He stated it's there policy that after 4 drink they must ask if you're drunk. I had 4 22oz beers from 530pm to 10pm when people next to me had multiple shots and never got questioned. I'm a middle eastern guy and asked manager how am I aggressive when multiple are taking over 10 shots and not cut off but I'm cut off after 4 beers. Will never in my life come here again. Service sucks and manager sucks as well and I believe he's a racist. To kick someone out after 4 beers from 530pm to 10pm is insane when I was with a friend who was driving. Alex is the worst manager I have ever experienced and not once apologized and instead said I'm aggressive when the whole time I was at my seat watching the nba finals. Food sucks here too.
