First visit at this location since it used to be Claim Jumper. Nicely remodeled and fun decor. The atmosphere is all sports bar including how they have the servers dress which was interesting. Our server, Cassy, was terrific, super sweet & efficient. Food was out quick, hot and flavorful. Wasn't a huge fan of the clientele they seem to draw and it probably would be a lot better if they changed that focus up. It really could be so much more. Also not a huge QR code only menu fan. I was just here on Saturday with my son and the food was yummy and the service was great! First off the manager Sheila is horrible at customer service. I ordered through Uber eats. I ordered Bacon Ranch and they gave me regular ranch. The manager assured me that she packed it herself and it is bacon ranch. I informed her that I have had the bacon ranch before and they gave me regular ranch. I also paid $7 for asparagus and they gave me 3 stalks and it was cold. All I wanted was a small credit to my account for the order being wrong. The manager told me" you ordered through uber so you will need to contact them for a refund". Twin Peaks needs to do a class on proper customer service and get a new manager. Horrible! Dropped in with the wife prior to watching a movie there across the parking lot. Food was fairly good, as were the drinks. Prices were reasonable and the place was clean. I'm handicapped have to walk with crutches. Needless to say, it's very difficult for me to go to any restaurant. After an especially difficult session of physical training, I was on my way home and saw the Twin Peaks at deer Valley. I thought to myself, I deserve a good restaurant meal. With a great deal of effort, I got myself into the restaurant. The hostess asked me if I wanted a table or booth, and I said a booth please. At this restaurant, there are very few booths, and they are literally in the back of the restaurant. She seated me and said something to me that I couldn't hear and she walked away. I looked through the menu and decided what I wanted to eat, and waited for the waitress, and waited, and waited... all along other waitresses seem more intent on waiting on the people at the bar. Even the manager walked by and didn't say a word to me. After what seem to be an eternity, without a waitress, even getting my drink order. I decided to leave. As I was leaving, I talked to the restaurant manager, and he seem more intent on placing the blame on me because I was sitting in a booth instead of at one of the chairs near the bar. Even though, this is where the hostess sat me. I will never visit any Twin Peaks ever again. And I will let everyone I know what kind of experience I had, and advised them to never go there. read more

We come here often for the food and normally have great service. This evening our service from Julianna was not great. My husband ordered a drink that sat at the bar for a good 5-10 minutes and we had to ask another server to bring it. He ordered all flappers for his wings and got all drumsticks instead. Had the worst dinning experience there. Everyone I encountered had an attitude, including the managers. I mistakingly took a hit from a non-thc vape, not knowing that wasn't allowed. A manager came to me and told me I could not do that indoors and was only able to vape outside. I apologized for the misunderstanding, stated that I was not aware of the policy and agreed to only do so outside, and then was immediately asked to leave by another manager. I came in with pretty low expectations, given it's a chain restaurant I liken to Chili's. I walked away pleasantly surprised. I believe that firmly had to do with my server, Jadyn. A huge shot out to her. We came in about 45 minutes prior to our movie time and figured we'd have just enough time to eat and make it. It was packed. And I quickly realized that wasn't going to happen. I asked Jadyn to pack our food up and she was on it!! She maintained great customer service. And we were lucky to have her. We had a terrible experience at Twin Peaks today. This is the first time {I'm 69} we have left a restaurant after our food was delivered to our table. There was no avocado on my Avocado Smash Burger. My husband said "no tomato" on his Brisket Burger but got tomato. We had to look hard for the brisket.Both our fries were cold. I had sweet potato, my husband had regular. Was seated and sat there for 15 min without a server even coming over to the table. I went and asked the bartender who said she would send someone over. 5 min later still no one came over and as we were leaving, 4 servers and the hostess were standing around the hostess station chatting. Had to check out the newest in our area. Construction opened up the interior from when it was Claim Jumpers and BOY is it ever nice!!! Sooooo spacious with so much more seating!!! And that main bar - huge!!! Plus the nice touch of the outer bar wrap!! I love hi-top seating and this place has tons!!! Plus there is a huge outdoor area that we did not go into, but peeked into. Nicely covered with misters to keep it cooler in this blasted 110+ temps!!! There is also a smaller bar in the old Claim Jumpers bar area, this one is moved to the area of the outdoor seating. Will be very popular when temps cool down!!! But right now, that new huge bar is where it is at!! Food: we started with the Billionaire's Bacon - oh my Lord!!! Fantastic mouth explosion!!! It's flavored perfectly with sweet vs hot of the brown sugar and red pepper flakes!!! Ya gotta give these a try!!! I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad... I love this type of combo - Buffalo sauce with blue cheese, lettuce, onions - in wraps or salad - and THIS was one of the BEST I've had!! The chicken was crispy, hot as in temp, and a good amount - I'm thinking they cooked up a whole breast. The seasonings were spot on too! I didn't even use the ranch bacon dressing very much because the flavor of the chicken with the blue cheese and salad greens was just sooooo good it did not need dressing, or very little. Hubby got the Pot Roast and mannnnn was there a lot of roast!!! It was served over green beans and roasted corn with the pan gravy. Garlic mashed potatoes accompanied the entree and they were perfect!!! Just a slight pour of the gravy - not drowning in it. The beef as pull-apart tender, seasoned perfectly and oh so good!! As a side, we split the side macaroni and cheese. It was sooooo good with those 3 different cheeses and the seasoned breadcrumbs with bacon. As a side, there was a lot for the two of us to split, too. I personally think you could order this as a meal , get a side salad, and be very satisfied. Now the beer: hubby likes a dark beer so asked our adorable waitress - Madi - for a suggestion. She recommended "Knotty Brunette". She hit a winner for hubby!!! He loved it!! I thought it was most excellent with the few sips I had!!! AND it comes out in a frozen mug with perfect foam!! It was PERFECTION!!! For desert: we split the Apple Turnovers. These tasted like sopapillas!!! Awesome surprise!!! There were two turnovers, which was perfect for splitting. They were hot with a dusting of cinnamon and sugar, served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce - both on the side which I really appreciate because I want to add the amounts I like and not have everything swimming together!!! It was a perfect way to end a great dinner!! We had a great time here, and it looked like everyone was enjoying themselves because it was packed!!! Visiting the new Deer Valley location today. The restaurant is newly open. We were welcomed by exuberant and enthusiastic staff. Very nice. All the welcoming smiles are appreciated. We were seated in the bar area. ProTip - Get the TP Wi-Fi up on your phone to view the QR menu. Our servers were nice and gave us paper menus. Thank you. Service was spot on with our drinks, order and food. The food was delicious. The TP Street Corn Chicken Salad was fresh, crunchy, tasty, well mixed with a delicious dressing. There was a hint of fresh jalapeño to gently warm the palate. Bonus - The salad was served in a chilled bowl. Most appreciated. Honey hot wings were also delicious. Meaty, cooked to perfection. The hostess said it would be a 25 min and after the 25 min was up she came over to us and said her manager said it would be 35 more min that the kitchen is backed up. Finally after we get seated we order and we both got the same thing when our food came it was only one order and she didn't put in the other so we just shared instead meanwhile there is a couple with 2 kids behind us and they were acting extremely roudy kicking the back of our seats standing up in the booth throwing ice down each other's pants wrestling it was bad the couple on the other side looked at me and said you need to say something after a while her husband got up and said something to them after, that they were calling them assholesand so on. We were there with our friends her steak came out rock hard. At the end of it all they got a discount and we didn't even receive one. I felt we should have been given one as well. Been here a handful of times and this location is by far my favorite. Always clean, bigger cabin like feel ambiance, the foods piping hot, drinks are cold and girls are friendly ha. From being a prior hooters girl in Jantzen Beach I can appreciate good service esp at these types of places where it's greatly anticipated. Lexi is super cute and outgoing and made great suggestions. Out and about in Phoenix today and decided to get some lunch. I haven't been in this area in forever and had no idea they had opened this location here. The lot was very busy, but we found a spot up front. We were greeted right away and sat at a booth near the bar. Our server Frankie soon followed and was wonderful. She was attentive, patient, helpful and full of smiles. She gave us some time to look over the menu and to decide on appetizers. The location is large, great bar area with plenty of tv's visual from every angle. There is inside as well as outside seating which also includes outside bar seating. After going over the menu we opted for the chips and queso with added spicy taco meat for our appetizer. Main courses for the three of us included a cheese steak, chicken fried steak and blackened fish tacos . While our appetizer came out quickly our food took quite a while. The queso was so good. The spice was just enough of a kick and the chips warm and fresh. Frankie checked on us a few times as we waited to refill drinks etc. when our food came out it all looked delicious and was plated well. I substituted the hood that came with my tacos with rice pilaf. I loved the fish tacos. The flavor was good and the jalapeño honey vinaigrette, pineapples, pico, cilantro, avocado smash and sour cream all paired so well together. The rice however I was not a fan of. While it was light and airy it didn't have as much flavor as I'd of liked. To each their own though of course. Thoughts on the cheesesteak and fries were great and while the chicken fried steak had good flavor and was ok my son said it was a little chewy. He loved the mashed potato's and jalapeño gravy. First time to this specific location. 930pm we got seated for 6. Service was horrible after our orders were placed... A whole hour later still no food, not even our appetizer. Not even a check in from our waitress. Then a gentleman from the kitchen finally came out and told us one of our orders was out of the main ingredient consomé for birria. So we had to find something else. Got it ordered. Then some food was coming out. But one order was completely wrong, one order was missing. The waitress just seemed clueless as to what we ordered and didn't have a care in the world. We were even Nice enough to take the wrong wings instead of having to wait. By the time the last order came out of course everyone else at our table was done eating. Worst service experience ever.
