I arrived for a late lunch. After being seated (by the door to the cigar room, a mistake I won't make again if I go back) and waiting about 10 minutes, I was greeted and placed an order for six boneless buffalo wings and fries. My food order was taken halfway through the 2nd quarter of the Chiefs/Texans game. The food didn't arrive until the start of the 3rd quarter, so 30 minutes or more for six wings and fries. A different server brought the order out and it was almost room temp which suggests it had been sitting. The fries? It appeared as though someone just threw a small handful on the plate and they were over-salted at that. I ate three of the wings, some of the fries, and decided I wasn't going to tempt fate by eating the rest. A very disappointing first and now only visit. read more

The only thing keeping my review from being 5 stars is that they have a tobacco lounge that is not sealed off well from the rest of the restaurant. I hate the smell of cigars and you can really smell them, especially near the front door when waiting for a table. I don't want to smell cigars when I'm going to order food. Now the good. I was there at an odd hour (4 in the afternoon) and they were short staffed, but my waitress was very sweet and checked on me often to see if I was doing OK. I tried the lobster BLT roll and it was pretty good. I changed my side from the seasoned fries that come with it, to sweet potato fries which were great. Sorry. I hate giving 1-stars unless someone really deserves it. Long story short, I sat down at the bar at the same time as the guys 2 seats down from me. They ordered drinks and food, and received their food, before I was even recognized as being there. It took 20 minutes just to get a beer poured and when she asked if I was ready to order food immediately walked away and started serving others again. She instructed another bar tender to take care of me, who then did almost the exact same thing. I know this place is likely not used to being criticized for their service, because people come for the "great views." But it's not enough that I can accept being treated like shit. I won't be back. There was nothing about this experience to make me think they have anything better to offer. read more

First time trying Twin Peaks and I hear good things about it from friends. I had to give it a 3 star because 1.) it is way too loud and you can barely hear each other talk because the music is loud and then other customers are talking loud so the atmosphere wasn't to our liking, 2.) the service was alright, we could barely hear the waitress because of noise and we had to ask another waiter to put in our entree order due to the lack of taking forever to come back and get our order, 3.) it is a little chilly so bring a coat!!! The food was good, some were salty and others were good. I would also like actual menus because sometimes, our phones do not work and I had trouble getting the menu on my phone. I just think it is an over populated place and probably wouldn't go here again. read more

Waited 20 minutes for our seat, no big deal at all, not out of the norm. However, we waited at least 15 minutes for somebody to come to our table and greet us and take our drink order. Waitress showed up, we had our entire order ready to go and placed it. Appetizers, drinks and entree, done. Without exaggeration, almost an entire hour later, our food shows up, and then our appetizers! The waitress came to the table one time before that, to deliver drinks. Not once did anyone come by and let us know status, or apologize for the stupid long wait. Either the food was surprisingly really good, or we were so frustrated from the wait that we just devoured it to get out of there. The atmosphere is the typical sports bar theme with TVs everywhere. The ladies are great eye candy, but the view didn't overcome or outweigh the service. I'll need to give it another chance and hopefully have a better experience. read more

Worst bar service imaginable. On a Tuesday around 2, I sat down with only about 5-6 other bar patrons at the time and was ignored for the first 10 minutes, while the "bartenders" all chatted together in a corner. Finally ordered food and a beer and after crushing the first beer, I was overlooked several times by the ladies all while holding my empty mug in plain view. It took me banging the bar with the mug to get follow up service. There was about a 10 minute wait the night we went which isn't bad. We ordered the smoked wings, regular breaded wings and tacos. These were some of the best wings I've had anywhere in WA, OR, CA and NV combined. The garlic Parmesan wings had a great crunch to them as well as that fresh garlic flavor. I attended the grand opening and anticipated a long wait, but I didn't expect such a delay for the food. The steak I ordered was delicious, but my friend's fish and chips were overly salty. It would be better to let customers season their meals to taste. Aside from that, the place was great, with a nice atmosphere. Just ease up on the salt a bit! I can see an error even twice, but to keep saying you are checking on the order, which was never placed, and everyone at the table has already finished their food is super bad service. I travel a few times a year to Reno and Twin Peaks is my go to. Layla was my bartender the last couple days and I have to give a big shout out to her. I will be honest. I was told the service was slow, but the food was good. This not the case. The food is good, but the service was fun and fast. The waitress was amazing at recommending drinks and knew the menu perfectly. Don't come in with an attitude, but come in for the fun and excitement that can be had. Been to this place e a few times. The wait staff are usually attentive and professional. No issues until today. I ordered an appetiser. A man brings out the food. When I tell him I ordered it, he literally tossed the tray on a table that was in a section shared by other guests and walked away. When I asked why he put my food in their section, he mumbled something under his breath and started to walk away. I told him I didnt want the food. He then told me to leave and not to come back. It was one of the rudest things I've ever experienced. It was like he was disgusted to bring the food to me. I can only describe him as an older white guy who was missing several teeth. The guests in the section he tossed the food were shocked. I offered to pay for the beer I ordered and he refused. He told me to never come back which is hilarious. Why would I ever want to be in a place like that? I wouldn't trust anything coming from that kitchen. Im not sure if it was just a bad day or something deeper but his behaviour was ridiculous. We came in with a group of 5, we asked to sit in a table and they said the wait time would be 20 minutes. We sat at the bar and waited, we ordered drinks and when 20 minutes went by, we asked about an update for the table so we can order our food. The hostess said that she does not know the wait time, when we looked around.. there were 6 tables available. There was a couple that came after us and they were seated right away. We were confused on why we weren't seated. So we asked for the manager, and he said it would be another 20 minutes, which was weird because there were 6 tables available. He said we can go somewhere else if the wait was too long and was not being polite. Chau said that we were being impatient and started criticizing our concern. We felt like we were not being taken care of, and wanted to leave after that interaction. They were not showing effort in helping a group get a table. My husband and I finally tried this place yesterday. So fun, great atmosphere, loved the rustic vibe inside. We sat at the bar, enjoyed a couple delicious Revision IPAs with a giant plate of nachos. Next we went to the amazing cigar bar, such a treat to end the day. We will be back!! read more

Friendly staff. I ordered the Lobster roll sandwich. It was not anything like I expected. The lobster salad is put on top of the roll not inside of it. Take a bite and the whole thing falls apart. Very difficult to eat. I don't believe that this fish is lobster at all. It has a funny taste and is more like that imitation crab meat you find in the store and for $18.00 it is definitely not worth the price. Will not be going back. I don't know what else may be imitation and not worth the price. read more
