This was our first time visiting this Twin Peaks location, and we chose it for our date night. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was slow and inattentive, and the bathrooms were filthy, which made a poor first impression. My Texas Steak & Cheese sandwich arrived only lukewarm, and the fries weren't seasoned properly. My wife's grilled shrimp and chicken were even more disappointing. The shrimp came out both overcooked and undercooked/raw, so we had to send her meal back to the kitchen. By that point, our date night had already been overshadowed by the problems. We expected much better based on Twin Peaks' reputation. I hope management addresses the cleanliness, service, and food quality so other guests have a better experience than we did. read more

Some friends brought me here for my bday and everything was great! Beer was cold, food was fresh and the ladies were beautiful and the service was great! I must have talked pretty good about the night and it made my wife want to go, so we did! We were helped right away and sat down, our waitress came up very quickly and took our order. The chili took about 15 minutes to come out but once it did it was really good, lots of meat and flavor! The wing came out about 10 minutes after that. The wings were good but extra crisp like we asked and they were a bit soggy but had great flavor. 10-15 minutes later our entrees arrived, I ordered the chicken Caesar Salad and it was very good! Fresh and very tasty lettuce, and a good amount of chicken. My wife ordered the Lobster Roll BLT, shebtook one bite and said this is not Lobster! So we looked at it and it was imitation crab!!! The ingredients say lobster salad but there was no lobster so she stopped eating it right away... we took it home and basically threw it away... The food was enjoyable with the cheese bites being a highlight.. the cheese pull was amazing! You get way more than what's pictured I couldn't help myself before I remembered to snap a photo lol. The chicken tenders were also fried well. The chicken wings were fried well which were perfect. However.. the service was just okay. The restaurant was very crowded and we had to ask for things multiple times. It was also quite loud with the music and conversations. I wasn't aware of the dress code before visiting so the atmosphere caught me off guard as women were half dressed but I didn't mind it. Just something to note for first-time visitors. One issue we had was with the happy hour pricing.. we ordered our drinks before 7 PM but were charged full price for one because it was brought to our table after happy hour ended. From usually just sitting at the bar, I choose to be sat at a table. It did not disappoint. I was lucky enough to have Addison as my server. on her feet and very attentive, even with a big crowd she still managed to keep checking Fast on my son and I. Ordered the Sirloin steak and the sliders for my son... my side wasn't ready so Addison came back with a quick suggestion that made everything better which avoided my order from taking long. My wife and I showed up right at opening, 11 a.m. on a Sunday, and there were already people there, which tells you a lot. We've been to this location before, and it has never disappointed. The food is always solid, and we've never had a bad experience. We were seated immediately at a high-top table. TVs line every wall--honestly, there isn't a bad seat in the place. It's perfect if you're trying to catch a game or just want some background buzz while you eat. Our server, Brianna (or Bri), was great--super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We ordered 12 wings and two salads. The wings come breaded or naked, bone-in or boneless. We always go for the classic buffalo, bone-in, and tastes like Frank's RedHot with butter, but it's done well and always hits the spot. The salads were big and fresh. My wife had the shrimp Caesar with the dressing on the side. The shrimp were large, grilled perfectly, and well-seasoned. I had the steak salad with a honey jalapeño vinaigrette. You can choose how you want the steak cooked. I asked for medium rare and it came out just right. Probably around 4-5 oz. of steak, which is a solid portion for a salad. One thing that stood out was Bri's attention to detail. She brought us waters to go and added lemon slices to the cups--not because we asked, but because she noticed us adding lemon to our water during the meal. The young ladies nails are about 4 to 5 inches long that is not protocol when it comes to the health department or do they not check anymore ? At Twin Peaks on Hwy 151for Sunday Football , and while I've always enjoyed the atmosphere and great service here, I was really disappointed to see that multiple TVs have been out of order for weeks now. It's hard to believe that management hasn't been able to get these screens replaced, especially in a place where the TVs are such a big part of the experience. On a positive note, though, Victoria and Alisa at the bar are fantastic. They offer quick service, are always smiling, and create a friendly environment. Not really busy when I went today. Told my waitress I needed a little bit of time to look at the menu. She then stood at the front door talking to the other waitresses for more than ten minutes. For the first time I ordered pick up online for this establishment. When I arrived at the greeting station, there are three or four employees they're talking to I believe in manager after about two or three minutes I was asked how many to be seated and I said I'm here for pick up. Waitress that reluctantly asked me about seating said she would go check on it. A little while later as she emerged and started seating other guests and I eventually basically hunted her down and said hey was my order ready and she was like no it's still not ready. Would've been nice if she could've came and gave me that feedback instead of me having to seek her out, just not very friendly at all in any of my interactions with the staff. Stopped by to buy a shot of Samuel Adams Utopia. It was stored on a shelf like a distilled liquor. I do not know for how long but I sampled it on 14 Nov 25. It was sour. Tasted like wine on its way to vinegar. Do not know what requirements management places on storage but at nearly $35 a shot, you would hope they would optimize storage. Not complaining but I know that if I mentioned it to the server, no change would be made. Maybe look up storage recommendations for this drink. We have been regular customers for almost 2 years. My hubby and I went in tonight to relax and have an appetizer after a long week of work. We got sat at Abcd's table. We waited almost 15 minutes before she came up to the table to tell us that we weren't in her section and that she got cut. We got told she would get the next waitress. We saw her go up to the host desk for about a few minutes. Then she walked to the kitchen. We waited almost another 10-15 minutes and then I went up to the host desk to see who is our new waitress and she was confused on why she didn't come up to us yet. She walked back to the kitchen to talk to the manager and then he walked back to the front with the hostess. There were a couple waitress' up there too and then they all walked back to the kitchen. The manager came up to us to tell us that the waitress' won't serve us because they don't feel comfortable serving us. He then told us that he cannot find someone that feels comfortable and will serve us and that he cannot force them to serve us. I told him that we haven't done anything wrong and haven't been served so how can we make someone feel uncomfortable? He told us that they supposedly cannot force them to serve us. He was supposedly trying to contact the GM to see what he can do but the GM is sleeping so cannot confirm what to do. I told him that we haven't had a problem in the almost 2 years we have been going there. He said he apologized but there is nothing he can do. My first server (Aspen...yes real name) was great so I went back the next day and it went about as bad as it could. Clarissa, the server tonight was one of the worst servers I've ever experienced. She got our order wrong, took 20+ minutes to bring a draft beer and my burger took 65mins to arrive. She didn't care to ask about splitting the checks so when it came it had to go back. She didn't take the happy hour prices or discounts off the bill so we finally gave up after 5, yes 5 tries of her splitting the check. Even the manager was ineffective at solving what should be a simple split of a check. Terrible experience and despite the great views I won't be back. Skip it. read more

Most of the bartenders are busy at the bar getting drinks but service tends to slow depending on what you look like. The bar is consistently Packed!! Definitely more of a biker spot not a family spot and definitely not a diverse hang out spot. It's got the Same vibe as Cracker Barrel but a bar/restaurant.
