Came in on Sunday and we were immediately told that they were short on servers. She said sitting in the bar would orally mean faster service. We should have just left. Sat there for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the table, then waited another 10 minutes to get a water and kids drink. Took another 10-15 minutes for someone to take our order. And then we waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. An hour plus went by. The people next to us came in about a half hour AFTER us and got their food before we did. One SMALL order of boneless wings, a side of tots, and a kids wings. Kids wings came out right before that other people got their food. Never got ours until we complained and asked where the heck our food was. Then it took another 20 minutes before just the tots came. We finally asked to get it all to go and for the bill. They did comp the whole check so that's a plus, but seriously, this is the worst BWW I have ever been to. Go elsewhere. Edit: I also ordered 6 boneless, EXTRA WET, and bleu cheese. Yes I had to but her seat in the chair but still is not 100% safe for her. another issue I had was the changing station in the ladies restroom was not safe. The level of it was uneven. I should not have to hold it up with my knee while trying to change her. I believe some changes should be made in all locations for infant car seats. After getting home I noticed most of my wings were unplucked with pieces of feather covering the box they came in and I was given moldy celery. They don't even deserve 1 star. They were slow, not just business wise, but service sucked also. We stood waiting to be seated for about 10 minutes. Then it took the server 15 minutes to come and take our order. Took them another 10 plus minutes to bring us our drinks. It took close to a hour to get our food and we just ordered some wings and a chicken sandwich. When we got our food, it was cold. If a child was going to eat that food, they wouldn't have to wait for it to cool down. The food tasted like it had been sitting around for a few hours. Server was horrible. Not sure of her name as there were two different names on the check. (Annmarie or Carissa) Asked me if I wanted another beer before the appetizer even came out, never got it. Not even a water. I had to eat my whole meal with no drink. Wings came out room temperature, not even under a heat lamp. She dropped the food off to the table next to me and then took it out from under him and servered it to me. Dropped it off on the table and walked away, never said a word. NEVER came back to check on us after dropping off food. NEVER spoke to us. It was not even busy, plenty of empty tables. Failed to set the table and we had to ask for napkins, had to eat appetizer over napkins. Server finally stopped by at the end, I expressed my concerns, she became defensive and barked back at me in passing. Management and leadership did not seem to care at all after speaking to them, like this is the norm..... my wife and I have worked in food and beverage for many years, we normally over tip. My fiancé and I have currently been sitting at a table for 35 minutes without having a single server coming to our table. The girl at the front pointed us to a dirty table and never came to clean it or send anyone to clean it. Not a single waiter has come to check in, give us menus, take drink orders... we decided to order to go 20 minutes into the wait and it was ready another 20 minutes later before anyone said a word to us. Food packed up nicely, and nothing was missed in the order. We ordered some boneless wings that I thought was decent. The Mango Habanero sauce was hot and spicy and honey bbq was not bad alternative if you not sure what sauces to get. I didn't care much for the tater tots and the mac n cheese was ok. The onion rings and the fries with salt and pepper were good to me. Overall, it's not bad for quick stop if you don't have much time to sit down to eat. I have yet to go to this location and NOT get hit up for money either by someone unhoused and camped out by the door or by an organization collecting. I go in and my order was over 15 minutes past the expected time. An order after mine was ready before mine. First I was told burgers take longer. Then the manager told me that they were down to 4 fryers instead of 6. Then it was blamed on the Final Four and how busy they were in the near empty restaurant. No legitimate excuse was given for why this order was late. Every order from this ghetto location is late. Me and my wife came here for Veterans Day and it was absolutely atrocious. We arrived before it got insanely busy. We were seated pretty much in the middle of the restaurant and it still took about 30 minutes before we were seen. We ordered the 10 free wings, pretzel knots and our drinks. My drink was fine, my wife's sweet tea was severely unsweet. We asked for sugar packets and it took about 15 minutes until we got it. The wings came out and then the appetizer 5 minutes later. That's fine and all, but 2 issues: 1. We waited about 15 minutes for forks and 2. My wife's wings were cold to the touch. After eating, we tried scanning the barcode and we couldn't even pay and then when they went to print the receipt, the ticket was wrong. 30 minutes later, we were able to pay and then finally leave. We walked in around opening on a Saturday, so it was very empty inside. We were greeted right away and seated. The bartender was helping us out that day. I counted three times we asked for napkins and never receiving any before me and one of my friends had to go up to the bar and grab some as well as straws. Every time we ordered or asked for something, it took ages to receive it, if we ever even received it at all. We feel we were victimized by the "teenagers don't tip" stigma and weren't given good service because of it. On top of the service, the food wasn't exactly the greatest. The drinks matched and were incredibly overpriced for some trashy taste. Especially our onion rings, which tasted plain and helpless. However, when I'm trying to enjoy a meal out with friends while surrounded by TRASH (trash on the adjacent tables, trash on the floor, trash overflowing in the clearly visible trash cans) then I must say something! Our visit was last night, on a Saturday evening between 6:30 - 9pm Our server, Noah seemed to be the only one who was hustling. The young female servers walked right past dirty tables, collecting the checks and tips but leaving the dirty dishes, silverware and glasses. The table next to us was left with dirty dishes for over 45 minutes, until our server cleared the table. Various tables were left dirty. Clearly visible trash cans, in full view of customers, were overflowing. My husband said there were no paper towels in the men's bathroom to dry after washing his hands. If the main customer seating area, which is clearly in view, is allowed to deteriorate to this level, what is the condition of the kitchen, which is not in full view of customers? read more
