Cold brews, good food and a friendly wait staff.... pretty good start. Twin Peaks is a fairly new chain restaurant in the Houston area with new locations in the works. Their menu has a variety of dishes to choose from. The steak sliders are filled with tender rib eye. The surf n turf skewer was good. Their CFS was hanging off the plate and covering the side dishes. It was ok... pounded thin with a little more crust than I prefer, but not bad. Nachos were piled high, so share. Tacos and the venison hot dog round out my samplings. Have yet to try a desert but with 29 degree icy cold adult beverages.... ;-) . Plenty of TV screens on the walls and you control the ones in each booth. Its a fun atmosphere but I would avoid it when they get crowded. read more

A buddy and I came here because it was one of the few places still open in the burbs on a late Sunday night. Comparable to Hooters except the food isn't as good. Venue is like hunting lodge with the waitresses wearing skimpy flannel tops and short shorts. Beers were cheap but not much selection just like Hooters. Menu had more variety than Hooters and even had some fusion dishes. Ordered the nachos but only took a couple of bites before pushing the dish away. Ate a late lunch there yesterday (Mar 7th) I tried with buttermilk chicken sliders and they were soooooo good! There's pepper in the buscuits batter that really kicks it up a notch. My sister usually gets the bacon sliders and while they looked awesome I was too busy inhaling my food to try hers. Great salad, albeit a little skimpy on the dressing. We were seated by a gorgeous friendly blonde, but our server wasn't anything to brag about. My sister got a lemon drop and the bartender forgot to powder sugar the rim, which botched the whole shot. I love the food and they have good prices. While the menu is tiny it won't disappoint. So 5 stars for the food, I'll definitely be back. As we were leaving there was a girl in a maroon tee shirt swearing like a sailor at the hostess stand with two other girls, which was a bit surprising for a business like this. Usually the hostess says something like, have a good one or come back and see us but when we said 'take care' no one acknowledged us. Good looking women, and all there smoked foods are good. I got the smoked nashville wings and were awesome. The parking in the front for motorcycles is awesome which will have me coming back for the food and even dealing with the issue below. The place is a good change up from my preferred chicken wings and game spot (pluckers). The bartenders are really nice, and good looking. They are fast too. The reason for my review is just the random experiences with the other people that were around me at Twin Peaks. Its like a weird atmosphere like you would expect at any hooters, bikinis, or twin peaks. But going to the restroom and dealing with some small short young dude swinging the door open like he is the hulk at 3pm on a Saturday just leaves you saying like why would I even come back? Half the people at the bar order no food or just queso and tall 30+oz beer after tall 30+ oz of domestic beer and semi-watch nascar at 3pm on a Saturday, probably could have turned it on Law and Order and they would act interested they are there to creep on the women. The guy next to me spent a solid 10 minutes talking about how is like top 50 in the nation for Tae Kwon Do - he looked like he was 65+ too and like he never exercised in his life. I guess that's the atmosphere I signed up for? The food is really good though and the service is good from the wait staff. There are people that show up to this restaurant in camo tshirts, pants, and whatever. Also, to change the tv, right in front of me at the bar, that had a college basketball game with nobody watching it between 2 unranked opponents in the 1st half required talking 4 people. By the time my wings came out the game wasn't even on the channel I wanted. I was in the corner of the bar with nobody even watching the tv, but the biggest college basketball game was on and it was 1 point game with 5 minutes left against two top 10 teams on ABC. By the time I got the channel changed the game was over! I just at that point said forget it. Half the channels were nascar, and commercials. So IDK what the deal is with people actually showing up to watch college basketball games here. Maybe people are into watching nascar and twin peak commercials? Kind of weird? Also when the manager came by it was like she first heard my request when I talked to 1 waitress, a bus boy, and another waitress at that point. The 4th person was the manager with 2 minutes left on the game and it still didnt get it in time. I mean seriously? The games can only be changed from the front of establishment at the hostess station. Heads up on that - just walk over and make the request rely on nobody to take the time to walk over and get your request to change the channel in. After all whats going to a sports bar if you can't watch the game? Kind of a joke. read more

I was surprised to be quite honest. I went there because a buddy of mine got a job behind the bar. The atmosphere is great and avoids that "king of cheese" look with so many restaurants like these. The food is excellent. I'm not lying. It totally blows Hooters and others away. Not that it's hard to do but they've done a great job. I have had the Philly cheese steak, the chicken fried steak and the fried cheese. They are all the best ones I've had in this part of Houston. The service is great but hey, I know her so.... The concept is called a "breast-eraunt." Lame. I know but it works here. Yes it's packed with guys and it's very blue collar. The business plan calls for and they accomplish really well, everything to be nicer than Hooters. Especially the girls. When I say nice I don't really mean looks. The girls are paid to be nice. They're allowed to sit at tables and talk with customers. The girls really do this and it's cool. Great! But, this chain was started in North Dallas. I don't think the owners realize that a good looking female who is a genuinely good-hearted person is very common down here, unlike Dallas. There's not much to say about Twin Peaks. Most people come here for the view of the glorious peaks and the snow cabin/lodge feel they offer! True to their theme, the waitresses are dressed in lumberjack attire and the tables and chairs follow accordingly. Surprisingly, the food is good. Is it great? Everything taste better in a good environment and TV's surrounded by sports! It's also kid friendly, so ladies, don't get offended if you see beautiful waitresses walking around, they're just doing their due diligence. I go here often when me and my comrades just want a place to get a tall iced cold mug full of beer and enjoy the scenery! The pull pork nachos are the best bang for your buck. It's oversized and under priced! Just how I like it! The meatloaf is decent. I mean, it's meat loaf! The blacken fish tacos are also a good meal! The sampler platter which includes mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders and fries are a good cheat meal! This location in League City doesn't disappoint. If it's late, and many other restaurants are closed (hey Bone Daddy's, stay open past 11 or 12 and you'd get this business) Twin Peaks captures the audience. The food blows away that you'd get at Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings and the service rivals those places. Some of the servers are great. Others are here for their looks. This is a perfect place to watch sporting events and have drinks. Ample TVs litter the entire restaurant and there's enough liquor and beer to keep even the biggest alcoholics content. We came here at Midnight after a Houston Cougars football game and learned the food here isn't frozen, rather made fresh daily, even though it doesn't necessarily taste that way. Still, it's not bad. The nachos are big enough to satisfy a cow and the chicken tenders aren't bad, either. Expect to eat the fries as the seasoning on them makes them addicting. All of the dinners are about equal, although I like the chicken fried chicken and green chili meatloaf, but the burgers work, too. On a side note, avoid the sweet tea. Tastes like someone dumped a bucket of Sweet N Low in it rather than pure sugar cane, like it should be. Otherwise, no complaints. Plenty of TVs, great food, and cold beer! One of the best places in the area to catch a game

I've been to other sports bars like this and have been very disappointed however, I was happily delighted with the upbeat attitude of the wait staff not to mention they were all beautiful. We had to sit outside which was not our preference, but they assured us there were fans and TVs. Also to make up for the fact we were being seated outside they gave us free chips and salsa which I really enjoyed the salsa it was warm and thick not watered down. My wings were delicious and am now an absolute fan of the Korean flavor the Nashville hot were spicy but not hot enough for my liking. My husband got boneless and I tried the lemon pepper which was really good and coated nicely. He made a point to mention to me that the chicken was really fresh and meaty unlike other boneless wings that taste more like your eating nuggets. We ordered beers which can in y'all mugs that say 29 degrees and we were outside those beers did not get hot or room temperature at all! Over all I was very happy with everything. read more

Not the biggest fan of "breastaurants", but Twin Peaks has always been one of my main stays due to a good menu selection and good beer. The Bay Area Twin Peaks is good, not exceptional. Service is generally good, but sometimes slow bar service. Food is good, but not enough to make this a must do. Better options if you're looking for good food, but the atmosphere and individual seat TV's is hard to beat. read more
