Haven't been her in a while so we decided to stop in. We were seated by a young man who acted like he wanted to be anywhere but here. Our waitress was very friendly and got us drinks right away. The atmosphere was pleasant and lively with a good crowd. Our food came out quick and was hot and fresh. Steak was cooked perfectly and everything was seasoned very well. The location here in League City is a good location. Just need some training on the greeter position. read more

Great location. Right on the I-45 frontage road and 646. We were greeted and seated right away. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. I had the Santa Fe salad. My picky 10 year old son had some trouble finding a meal though. Chili's needs to offer a grilled cheese sandwich on their kids menu. Chilis has always been my fav casual American chain growing up and I'm glad they're making a comeback with how ridiculously overpriced fast food spots like McDonald's etc has become. I ordered the Triple Dipper with my fav combo of big bite burgers, chipotle crispers, and their excellent southwestern egg rolls. Service was timely and friendly. Had dinner here on Tuesday night and WOW! There was, what felt like, one server commanding the entire floor. Gracie took amazing care of us and you could tell she has don't this before! She read the room very well, joked with us and made us feel right at home. The food was fantastic, a small mistake was rectified quickly and with ease, timing on everything was perfect. We noticed the light fixtures and vents were dusted and clean. The only area of improvement would be the restrooms. In need of repair and some TLC. We will be back and ask for Gracie! I personally frequent this location decently often, this is a very chill place to eat with friends and family for some pretty good food. The server I always request is Brandon, he is a very nice person to talk to and always gets our food to us hot and ready. The deals they offer with the 3forMe are definitely a good reason to come back, I always get the Potato Soup and Smash Burger myself. Definitely recommend this spot to anybody wants a quick bite with friends or for themselves. read more

It has been years since we have been to Chili's and we are glad that we went! Sat at the tables in the bar area, Maddie was our server, she was very polite and provided us with excellent service. Started with the skillet queso, it was delicious and I swear Chilis has some of the best tortilla chips! I had the big smash burger, holy smokes it was amazing! Brought the family here for a quick dinner. Was told there is a new policy, only one tall beer per person or 2 small beers. Mgr said due to lawsuit for over serving alcohol to drunks. The bar side was empty and the table side of the restaurant was less than half full. Food was mediocre as normal, but expected that. Bathroom was out of TP. I was so indecisive on my drinks, and before I could say never mind- BOOM, the runner had it at the table Clean, really clean Reallyyy friendly staff. Serive was good.But if you have an accident there be ware. I fell in chili's due to a faulty table (wobbly). Had 2 staples put into my head. Pain was past 10. Same pain when they were removed to the tune of $13,000. I wanted them to pay doctor bills instead of my insurance company having to pay! They make everything so difficult. We waited for 2 hours and our food was served cold one plate at a time. This was horrendous. The waiter was on drugs and the manager wasn't very much better. What I'm about to say next may elicit some laughs, but Chili's has some really good chili. It comes out hot and fresh and without beans.
