As nothing sounds good to go to (When I mean by that I mean museums as well as attractions, well, most attractions), and there always will be nothing to do anything for as well as the fact I have work to go to these days. I always head on over to this sports bar for late night meals or even after work meals, I will always go for their fish and chips and bacon as I always love beer battered fish, fries and bacon and I even loved the fish from Long John Silvers which I will get to someday. The service is always attentive and outstanding as they almost always get my order right, sometimes they get my order wrong but that's ok. Normally I have no issues in service, food, or the waitressing abilities. But today was a first, as my entire experience lasted for over an hour which at least half of was just spent hoping the waitress would come back around so I could see if she got my order correct. After about 20 minutes of sitting with half the order in front of me and no silverware in sight, she finally came and asked if everything was ok. We figured out the confusion on her not getting my whole order the fix was prompt it took about 5 minutes to get the rest of my order but to no surprise it came out cold! Like it got ordered but left in the kitchen for 25 minutes. If 0 stars was an option I would definitely leave 0 this was by far the worst experience I've had in years. My $15 pot roast was a half container of meat, I didn't get my mashed potatoes but I sure got the gravy in a cup. I did ask for them to sub the green beans with Mac and cheese- at least that was done right. But the Mac and cheese smelled so bad. I tried one bite and spit it out- it tasted just like it smelled. Yuck! That wedge salad- well, they didn't include the dressing. So it was a small bit of lettuce and minimal toppings. And it was $5. But at least they were decent enough to put it in a box? $20 for this. I can't even imagine how this place was as busy as it was. Disappointed in Service. My family and I were visiting for the NAIA Nationals and decided to try this restaurant. The staff leave tables sitting dirty for quite a while, tables should be bussed immediately for incoming patrons. As I used to work both ends of the restaurant business, I do know how tough it can be, but I also know how to make my job a little easier. When working the front, it's not hard to grab a glass or plate or two as you walk by. We were seated on the long table near another patron and next to 3 dirty spots. Our waitress went by those dishes at least 4 times with empty hands and could have grabbed a couple dishes, but never did. Instead, those dishes sat there almost the entire time we were there. Our appetizers, Cheese Bites and Fried Pickles, came out minutes before our entrees. My family all got their food but mine did not arrive. Our server went to check on my order after she came by about 5 to 8 minutes later. She came back to report that my food had supposedly come out, yet I had nothing in front of me and definitely wasn't eating. She requested a replacement which finally arrived ~10 minutes later. I had to get a container as everyone else was finished. She came back with the containers and a couple free appetizer cards; problem is I do not have any in my area. read more

First time eating at this place. We had appetizers and drinks. The onion rings my friend order that I didn't have a chance to take a picture of was burnt. But the rest of the food was great. I loved their fried pickles and mozzarella bites. We sat at the bar and our bar tender was great friendly and a lot of fun. The drinks was great but I must say my favorite was the liquid marijuana was delicious and it was just my favorite. Great social distance they kept people as far away from each other as possible and very clean and friendly environment. I recommend them if your ever in Witchita Kansas stop by this place. read more

The girls here can be a got or miss. And when I say miss, it has nothing to do with their appearance. It is more of the ditzy side. I waited 20 min for water at one point during my visit. But I guess I came at one of the most busiest time of the year, football season. I ordered the chicken & shrimp basket. I am starting off by saying I totally understand the business model of Twin Peaks. That being said I'm not bringing my teenage daughter in here, not because of the outfits but because of the way the customers treat them. So I order online. I first arrive to no parking, no to go parking, and a pitch black parking lot that had signs for specific parking that you can't read, and I have 20/20 vision. So I finally park a ways away to walk in to the front of the large waiting crowd and am ignored. The host left and returned to answer the phone twice but immediately walk away when the call was over. Now I don't typically try to go do this road but I started to notice that all the servers were very short and some had very immature characteristics. Like whomever is hiring likes little girls. Anyway, after 10 minutes the host asked if I've been helped which I reply no and that I have an online order. She immediately is like, well I don't have to do that as part of my job so you have to go over to the bar and catch the bartenders attention and get your food. I ask to cancel because I am too disappointed to eat but she has the nerve to say she can't cancel it. So I said I will call and cancel and she has the nerve to tell me they are too busy to answer the phone. Like, I just watched you ignore everybody for two phone calls you dweeb. So I give up and go to the bar were big shock I am ignored because I'm obviously not trying to sit and drink so I see a bunch of unlabeled food that I just grab and walk out while loudly informing the bartender that I don't know what this is but I'm taking it and she just shrugged her shoulders and moved on. I could have stolen anything and they wouldn't care. Plus at this point the food was cold and not that great. Just because my order is online does not mean I am not a paying customer. You have lost my business and I hope this review loses you some more business. Maybe hiring staff based on looks is outdated in 2021. Side note, it's not Twin Peaks fault but the average customer looks like he would argue that the Civil War was only about taxation and representation and nothing about slavery. read more

She asked to tab us out so she could go home and proceeded to tell us about her previous job and how terrible her director was. We coincidentally knew her old boss and once we mentioned that, she got embarrassed. We laughed about it, told her it was no big deal and tabbed out. Tipped very well since we had been there a while and waited for a new waitress. After waiting over 30 minutes, we had to ask for a new waitress only to find out they wouldn't serve us any more. Poor Katelyn was so embarrassed about the conversation that she told her manager we had too much to drink and should not be served anymore alcohol. What comes into my mind when I think Twin Peaks? Two huge beautiful mountains and beautiful scenery. Walking into TP you are greeted immediately by the gorgeous looking staff. Women in skimpy lumberjack outfits. 'Nuff said, right? The inside basically had a cabin feeling with TV's plastered everywhere. A huge bar in the center and lots of seating. I was seated at a booth and the waitress handed me a menu. The menu is fairly basic and small in my opinion. One side had a drink menu and the other side a small food menu. The main focus of food is going to be slightly above quality bar food that you can get anywhere else. What's a bit funny is their food and drink sizes. You can get a girl sized drink or a man sized drink. I ordered a Newcastle man sized beer and it came out to me frosty and cold. Never been to a place that regulated the temperatures of their beer. Seriously have never had a beer this cold in my life. Props to them; because it's working for me. My friends finally showed up and we ordered our food. I ended up going with the Smokehouse Burger. We also got fried pickles for apps. They weren't too bad, and it was plentiful between the three of us. Not quite as good as Buffalo Wild Wing's fried pickles. It did come with some good ranch dipping sauce. Once the food came out, I was impressed how it was plated. They came in these nice wicker baskets. The fries that came with the burger were huge and seasoned well. The burger was actually pretty good. So if you like great views, cold beer, and tasty food I would check this place out. read more

My brother in law has always been a big fan of Twin Peaks and will visit when in Wichita. We arrived at the restaurant at 5:30pm and was greeted at the hostess stand and escorted to one of the high seat tables. We requested a booth because my mother in law has had two hip replacements and a booth is easier to navigate. The whole west wall had empty booths but we were escorted to the second to last booth between two other tables. The booths in front and behind us were given service with many different servers fawning over the last booth because they are probably regulars who tip well...just saying. As in a previous review we were basically ignored with not one server acknowledging our presence or stopping by the table to take our drink or food orders. After 15 minutes we walked out and had a laugh when the hostess thanked us for our business. read more
