Jaylen was not a pushy salesman at all. He answered all our questions and then gave us time to think and look around. They have multiple brand names of smokers and grills, including Blackstone, Oklahoma Joe's, and Char Broil. Lots of accessories! Grill covers, spatulas, wood chunks and pellets, split logs, sauces, and rubs. Prices were extremely reasonable. Come on out and support this local business!

We came into the Nashville location to "look at" appliances and spoke with Kerri. Kerri was a great communicator since we were living between CA and TN so many times we were talking via email. Our next step in communication has been with Keith who scheduled the delivery and install for us. As of today we have received the items and this week they will be installed. Our delivery came at the beginning of the time window provided to us. Carlton and Derek were so pleasant and helpful and ensured they were not leaving any of my appliances in an area that would cause me issues until they are installed. I am on a very strict timeline between all contractors and my return flight to CA and Keith has gone out of his way to ensure that everything will work for my schedule so I don't have to change any of my travel plans. I do not foresee any issues on installation day since we have already had such a great experience.

Mgr. and the employees seem to have to "work around" him to deliver the customer service that they have been known for!

We hired this company in late winter/early spring to tell us whether the gas log fireplace in a…read morehome we purchased could be converted to a wood-burning fireplace, and if so, to make the conversion. Also, to either repair or replace the back wall of the fireplace as the imitation masonry wall had split. They told us it could be converted and ordered a replacement back wall of sheet metal. They made the conversion. When preparing for the next winter, we checked our propane tank and it was completely empty. We had had it filled in the spring and had not used it at all. We contacted the propane company to check our gas lines and they found that the gas line that terminated behind the fireplace for the gas logs had been cut (actually bent until it broke) when the fireplace was being converted. It had not been capped! A gas line connection had also been bent which caused another leak. Had the leaking gas caught on fire due to us making a fire in the fireplace it could have burnt our house down! Not to mention the hundreds of dollars in lost propane, the metal piece has no feet or anything else to keep it from falling over. We have to shove the firewood grate up against it to keep it from falling over. To beat all that, when I tried to send a certified letter, return receipt to the registered agent for their company, it was returned as the company had moved. I wouldn't trust this company to do ANY work of ANY kind - ever!
