I actually asked twice about this, as I knew it was a possibility. Fast forward 6 months later and all of a sudden that "has never been in our contracts" and a complete refusal to acknowledge the issues. While still open a few months ago several of the 6 am trainers showed up late or not at all. Otherwise the place is clean and pleasant to work out in. EDIT: their contract states "Should you permanently move your residence more than 30 miles from the Club, you may cancel this agreement." and "If this Agreement is canceled in accordance with this Cancellation Policy, and if you have prepaid any sum, your prepayment shall be refunded to you minus the reasonable value of any Club services you have actually received or $25, whichever is less" Cannot be clearer than that, and this is their own form contract

Kickboxing is my newest found addiction, and Title knows how to support my addiction well…read more I already had some experience, and boxing gloves when I came in, but I didn't have the necessary-for-class hand wraps. Thankfully, the Groupon I grabbed came with 30 days + hand wraps. I was able to mix or match hand wrap colors (I did one hot blue and the other hot pink - duh), and they had the instructor help me with wrapping my hands, and also talking me through how to do it. Already a good experience. Title is set up differently than other gyms that offer kickboxing - it is a huge room with a ton of bags hanging, equally spaced from each other. They have a lot of lockers in which you can store your stuff (free of locks), and it seems that footwear for classes is per attendee choice - some people do barefoot, others keep their shoes on. Previous gyms have had me go barefoot, so at Title, I choose to use shoes. The classes are fabulous. I've done both 45 and 60 min classes, and I love them. They are definitely fast paced, and if you don't already have a handle on the different type of hits and kicks, I'd definitely ask someone during your first time in. The classes can be interactive with other people in class, sometimes you are hitting padding held by the instructor, sometimes you are doing running/punching drills between the rows, but most of the time, you're going hard on your bag. Title is conveniently on 21st south, off 7th east, and I haven't had a problem parking to this point. I'm on the search for gym memberships, and this one is definitely in the running for me!

Everything from what to bring, expect, and how to accomplish my goals while I am in. I used the free class, paid for some wraps and was good to go. Chelsey was my instructor and she was hardcore. She helped me and a couple of other noobies learn the form. I was pretty much able to keep up and boy I burned a ton of calories. They want you to sign up for a membership. I would if I could reasonably afford and make time! The prices range from 69-99. Sign up on the first day and you are waived from the $100 initation fee. One con I am upset about is the fact that the three day pass has to be used consecutively. I could not make it on my second day so it waives my freebie.

Make sure you look at the fine print. It says you can cancel with a written notice and you need to be 25 miles away from a title boxing in order to cancel. oh and they are still going to charge you one more month. I'm putting this review since it's the beginning of the year and I'm sure lots of people want to join right now. This is a boxing company I have my own gym that I go to. I just wanted to use this for two maybe 3 months if that. I don't want to be in a gold gym nightmare to cancel my membership.

Update: this is not an ethical business. This gym tricked my husband into signing a contract. He…read morewas lied to by Mike the owner and Heather the manager. My husband went to this gym with a Groupon in Spring 2025, a contract was proposed and my husband declined entering a contract. My husband does not do contracts with gyms. My husband proposed a month-to-month contract to Heather and Mike. Heather asked Mike if that was okay, and Mike said that it was. Heather then provided my husband with a document and explained it was to accept gym rules and waive liability, which he signed. My husband needed to cancel his membership in December 2025 and requested that through the billing department email which is just Heather. Since the payments didn't stop, he attempted to resume going to this gym two or three months later, but this was during the period when this gym had no physical operation. He showed up two or three times at the new address and didn't find any gym there. This was a very distressing and confusing situation for him. I tried contacting the billing department, but there is no billing department, it is just an email address and they don't take calls. My husband had been trying to get ahold of the "billing department" as well with no luck. I explained the whole story about what happened in an email to the "billing department." Heather said that she would cancel the contract but that this would just go to collections. In another email, Mike told my husband to "tell your wife to f*** off." Today, we received that bill from collections. My husband never understood he was signing an annual contract and was explicitly told by Mike that he could do a month-to-month arrangement, and Heather lied to him about what he was signing. After all this happened, I looked back in time at Yelp reviews and found that this business has been doing shady and dishonest behavior like this for at least a decade.
