I had to wash them all over again further away at a relative's house but the urine smell would not come out so I ended up having to throw my expensive sheets away. The young lady proceeded by viewing the items. Then she went to put the one suit in the gurney and dropped one of the items to the floor. She picked up and placed in the gurney. Then she got the second suit and repeated the same steps including dropping the skirt to the suit on the floor. First of all, the place did not look very clean and in spite of me bringing my clothes in so they could be cleaned, I did not care for the way she was handling my clothing. So, I stated ma'am, if you are going to drop my clothing all over the floor before I could complete what I was about to say, she grabbed all the clothing from the gurney; balled the clothing up and shoved it to me and stated, "then you can just leave"!!! In shock and taken back, I informed her I would pray for her because she had an extremely bad attitude. Also, I stated her actions are the very reason why some businesses do not succeed. I left the cleaner and took my clothing to the car and looked for a number to call the owner/manager to report the incident. Upon not seeing one, I went back to the store and asked the young lady several times who the owner/manager was and she did not respond. I asked what's your name and she continued to ignore me while looking down at her cell phone. I asked her again, ma'am what is your name. She continued to ignore me. I took a picture of her to identify who she was because she would not provide me with her name. Again, I stated her actions were uncalled for and she was acting like a bitch and left the cleaners. I'm not proud of the last remark I made to her. And, while I do regret my last statement to her, my being extremely frustrated by her actions was no reason for me to stoop to her level. Usually when certain attendants work the facility is a mess. During my recent visit the older attendant was there. I did not think the attendant was tidying up the place. The bathroom was filthy which I did not dare to enter it. The floors were dirty throughout the laundromat. It is sad because during the week the laundromat does not look this filthy. By the way the dry cleaning part of the business was closed. None of the owners were present to see this disaster. On another note the large washers are $4.50, medium $3.50, and small washers $2.00. It usually costs $0.25 cents to dry your clothes for 8-10 minutes. Automatic change dispensers are available in the front of the laundromat. By the way this location is frequently visited by neighborhood solicitors. I wanted to post a review because the owners are letting this facility fall apart. Reviews rave about the great and clean service from the dry cleaners. However the reviews do discuss the laundromat and how lack of good clean customer service, is no longer present here.
