I brought in a large order including three handbags and a pair of suede Birkenstock slides. Among them was my Louis Vuitton purse with vachetta leather. I was initially told that my items would take extra time because they were being "outsourced to a leather professional." I patiently waited two weeks to pick up my items, trusting they were in the hands of someone knowledgeable. Big mistake. When I got my items back, I was absolutely horrified. My Louis Vuitton was completely ruined--its vachetta leather was darkened, burnt-looking, and destroyed. My Birkenstocks were also discolored beyond repair. When I reached out to discuss the damage, I was met with a dismissive, cold, and unapologetic response from the owner. She took zero responsibility and instead blamed the "age" of my items--as if high-quality materials suddenly burn and discolor on their own! What's even worse is that their response completely contradicts what I was originally told. If my items were truly sent to a professional, why does the owner's response sound like Best Cleaners handled them directly? Were they lying from the start? To add to the horrible customer service, the owner never called me back despite my multiple attempts to get answers. I had to continuously reach out to her, only to be met with a rude, unprofessional attitude. And if you think this was a one-time bad experience, look at their other 1-star reviews. This isn't the first time they've ruined someone's items. Pay close attention to how the owner responds to bad reviews. They act sweet and professional at first, but the moment there's an issue, their attitude flips. Instead of taking accountability, they become hostile and defensive. DO NOT trust Best Cleaners with your high-quality items. They lack the knowledge to properly clean luxury goods and will refuse to take responsibility for any damage they cause. At $15 for pants and $5 for a dress shirt, weekly drop-offs become extremely expensive very quickly. While I appreciate the mission and the quality, the cost feels out of reach for everyday use. I'd love to continue supporting this type of service, but the pricing structure makes it challenging to do so consistently.

After taking 3 hours out of my busy day I wrote down instructions for all of my wash. Not rocket science whites get hot water, bleach, and a snuggly softener in the dryer. This would include Sox t-shirts sheets and towels. On the other hand clothes that were darker in color would receive tide, cool water and a Snuggly in the dryer Finally and most importantly I put all fleece items which were a robe and a pair of pajamas must be washed separately as it says so on the cleaning instructions that are sewn into the garments. And because these are brand-new I emphasized it. But despite that I got my laundry back after paying $66 and everything I had sent them was destroyed. The 12 pair of new socks I had all were full of NUBS, and were pitch black on the bottom. My white t-shirts were all stained from copious amounts of beverages I dropped on them since I have MS. Everything else that was white, including my towels were terribly stained, nothing looked clean or remotely clean. It looked just like it had been folded. My box of snuggle never came back to me. Fast forward to a week after getting this bag of ruined clothing. I telephoned for the 10th time hoping not to get voicemail again and to my surprise I was answered by an Hispanic women. I explained to her nothing was cleaned, not even close to my satisfaction. It all looked as if it wasn't washed it all. That's when she told me," we don't follow your instructions, we just take whatever is in your bag and throw it directly from your bag into the washer. I said are you kidding me? You don't even separate things? NO, she said again," are you not listening to me"? We just take them from the bag and throw them directly into the washer. Well I want my 66 fucking dollars back. These clowns couldn't do wash if they were given a manual, which is what is so GD hysterical that's exactly what I gave them. Now every one of my socks, all of my hundred dollar t-shirts have NUBS on them. Now rags. Avoid this wash and fold service place like the plague, they are. A bunch of numbnuts. Oh and I forgot to tell you, I WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER, (AND THE HISPANIC WOMAN) they NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE HOT WATER ONLY COLD. So that exercise where they had me fill out how to take care of all of my clothing was just that an exercise for me because for them it was bullshit. They had no intention of washing anything the way I had asked them to wash either by email or by written instructions included in my laundry. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else and I wouldn't even give them one star but it's a prerequisite on this site.

    This Cleaners, Olympia Cleaners, is in my new neighborhood. I took clothes there to be cleaned…read morewith an expectation to pick them up on Saturday, to be ready for church the next day. But to my surprise, I saw this sign that stated, "Will Be Back in 15 minutes. Thank You." But after almost 50 minutes, no one showed up. Closing time is displayed as 5:00 pm on the door, but 6:00 pm on the voice recording. It is 15 minutes to 5:00 pm now. This is highly unprofessional. I signed up for the VIP service, but I am not sure they will get my service anymore. Many other people came to pick up their items to no avail. I saw 6 or 7 other unhappy customers leave without their garments. This is not how business should be conducted.

I have been going to this establishment for quite some time, and the service was great. I don't know what changed or who changed things, but the service is awful, and my experience today is enough to make me never return. Firstly, the hours say 7am to 7pm for M-F . I arrived at 6:55am, waiting for them to open at 7 and no one ever came. I left around 7:27 to go to the gas station and called back to the store before i left the gas station to see if anyone had arrived since I had left. No one answered. I called at 8:18am and no one answered, but I immediately received a call back. I asked if the hours had changed because I planned my day with many errands around getting my items in, so they could be in by 9 and out by 4. Waiting when they hadn't shown up was super frustrating, but I understand that things do happen. Now here is where I got frustrated and the lack of customer service and poor management started to show, the gentleman who called me back acted like I should have known that the hours were listed incorrectly on their establishment signage as well as online. Not only that, even more problematic was the fact that he hung up on me! Right after he hung up, I went BACK to the cleaners after finishing another errand, mind you this is super inconvenient for me, but I needed to get my items in by 9am in order to have them back by 4. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought, perhaps that was a mistake! wrong! When I showed up, the gentleman was AGAIN rude and nonchalant. I have never experienced such a lack of accountability and such a dismissive attitude! I asked about being convenienced since I waited over 30 minutes, and he said there was nothing he could do. He also said my items that were turned in around 8:28am could not be serviced for same day. So not only do they provide the wrong business hours, they also provide false advertisement of the services offered, and I should bear the brunt of their professionalism? That's what the young man told me! ridiculous! When you change as a business, it's your duty to notify consumers. The hours online can easily be changed, and a sign can be put up on the door as a courtesy to inform customers. Disregard for other's time is the ultimate form of disrespect. I talked to my cousin who was the one to refer me to this establishment, and she let me know that they had lost her items and changed the receipt information to make it look like she had fewer items. She won't be returning. I've also seen similar comments in the recent reviews that I just read. I regret leaving my items with them today, and after I make this review, I will be calling back to get my things. I don't want them losing or putting holes in any of my valuable items! I for sure will not be returning here ever again.
