I came in for an eyebrow wax and Ina gave the fastest and one of the best wax sessions I've ever had! Her quick technique lessened the usual pain & redness after waxing. I came without an appointment for a gel manicure and was sat right away. I picked my colors and the tech brought out the wrong color, I corrected him before he applied the color. Then, the white color I wanted was "low" so he picked an off-brand white he got from the drawer. He clipped my finger while rushing on my cuticles. My nails after filing were left with file chippings, he said it would go away after the color but as seen in the picture it did not. Very sloppy work, didn't make my nails even when filing, left tons of gel polish on my nails after completing. I have one nail that has a bump in the polish head did (as seen in photo). I did my due diligence of telling them I saw things needing to be fixed through the appointment and I left without them fixed. Absolutely not worth visiting, I would never pay $35 for the quality I received and wish I never came. read more

So first of all, my ranking is not about the quality of the workmanship of the employees. I will say that most of the technicians are very good, and a few in particular are extremely good. HOWEVER, even though the new owners spent a lot of money to make a pleasing looking salon, it is evident by many of the customers that the owners do not treat some of their employees fairly. I, myself, have been the subject of appointments not put on the books with a specified technician. In two other- different- cases when I needed to reschedule appointments, those appointments were left standing in the computer and it appeared to the technician that I was a no-show. After talking with a few of my friends who also go to this salon, we have determined that some of the employees were being "shafted" by the owner and his family. I have any options available to me for quality nail salons in my area, and I prefer to go to a salon that is fair to clients as well as employees. I am sad that employees can't be respected and honored. I will be going elsewhere. read more

Walked in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and they were able to accommodate and get me in after waiting only 5 minutes. Alicia was amazing! She was so thorough with my nails. Been going to Twinkle Nail salon exclusively since it took new ownership 2-3 years ago. The staff are professional and have excellent skills! They have many pedicure options...highly recommend the detox volcano pedicure...so relaxing! Look no further for your pampering...you won't be disappointed! I noticed a reviewer commented about a "rude boy" during check out. Sadly, this poster misunderstood this young man. He is extremely sweet and very respectful in my opinion, I've had MANY very highly intelligent conversations through the years with him. Worst nail salon!! I've been going there for awhile and I wanted to make an apt with my tech and walked in to do so. I was greated with "what you look for? I stated, apt for my normal full but might change to liquid gel..."so you don't know what you want"??? Well yes I know I get a fill although in the past I like liquid gel...(from the worker) hahahahahaha (again)so you do not know what you get, hahahaha" infront of customers!!!! ummm rude and super disrespectful. This place is a disgrace. I couldn't believe how I was treated and completely was caught off guard by how rude they were when I'm a customer that has been going there for years. Walked out and found another place right down the street called Aladdin Nails. Everybody there has such a great personality and so kind and their cute little dog is the sweetest little mascot. I would never ever go back to twinkle nail spot even I f you told me it was free! Also, the bathrooms are super dirty, and some girl that was working there pulled me aside not to mention to tell me about one of her clients was super bougie and never thought that she was a swinger and drove her husband's Porsche around... All of the nail techs here are very thorough and friendly. They never turn anyone away due to not having an appointment or being close to closing time. I love that! Other nail places in the area are definitely not as good for quality or customer service. Love this business!! read more

well i got a really nice gel pedicure and it was 5 extra dollars to pay to remove the gel i already had one and the lady doing my toes was making fun of my toes and then when it was time to pay there was this very disrespectful little boy at the front who needs to be nice to the paying customer read more
