There's just so many great scents and flavors in this lovely little market that I want to share them with the people I love! When I stopped by last week, there was some pretty awesome music playing, and the staff was (as always) friendly. Items on the shelves can be a little dusty. Otherwise, I really enjoy shopping at Hanna's Fruit Market and eating the delicious little morsels from the olive bar that I bring home.

The wine selection is solid, and the overall quality of products is consistently excellent. I do almost all of my grocery shopping here and have a great experience every single time. The store is super clean, bright, and well organized, with a welcoming ambiance that fits right into the Highland Park vibe. Even when it's packed, the checkout lanes move as fast as humanly possible, and the staff are always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely fun to talk to -- they really represent the community well. The prices are completely unmatched. Truly the lowest and best I can find anywhere. Anyone saying otherwise just does not understand how the economy works, LOL. The staff was friendly and even let me try a free sample of one of the items I was unsure about. I ordered their bbq wings, it came with two sides. I got Mac&cheese and yams. My only complaint is that the yams were very very stringy. Because i stayed 30 minutes from the location I could not drive back right away. I called and the Chef Mike apologized and offered to provide me another side when I do return. The food was also very reasonable priced for good shareable portions.
