I also would have preferred traditional egg noodles instead of the wider white noodles used here. One thing I would have liked to see was more vegetables. There was certainly no shortage of carbs--I ended up with both rice and noodles left over. The small bowl of broth was tasty, but I'm not used to having rice soaking in it. The chips are sturdy but probably lack flavor for some. The salsa is runny in consistency with a decent tomato flavor. My father-in-law and I each ordered the Tilapia Quesadilla special ($11.99), which came with rice and was loaded with vegetables and fish. It seemed light on the 'queso' part, but was excellent in portion and flavor nonetheless.
