The product itself is great, and they have so many options based on your type of project. We've used them for carpet, hardwood, and LVP needs. Most recently, we had our basement refinished, and Joe was wonderful and easy to work with, per usual. Since that install, the carpet has held up so well. And thats saying a lot seeing as we have a bunch of kiddos down most days! However, during recent floods in the area, part of our carpet was effected. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to pull it up and air it all out - but that of course left it no longer secure. Let me tell ya, Carpet Mill Outlet is so reliable. I called Joe and he sent someone out within a day or two to restretch and reinstall the whole side of the room that was affected. We were so, so appreciative! No doubt we'll continue to use this local business for all of our future projects to come.

It was important to us that we had a detailed estimate with no surprise expenses at the end. Both Phil and Tony were very helpful with preparing our estimate and educating us on the various flooring options we could choose from. They were always available to take our calls and answer any questions we had. Once we had an estimate and our new flooring picked out, the job was started within a few days. Dylan did our installation and we were so impressed with his work! He showed up on time every day and his attention to detail was very clear. He worked efficiently but nothing ever felt rushed. He was polite, friendly and did quality work. We are so happy with the end result. John and his team helped us with the removal and reinstallation of our cabinets and appliances so the work could be done. They worked with us to find the right flooring for our needs (and we took some time to find the right options.) And they worked with our condo rules, which was important. The flooring was installed in August of 2020 as the owners prepared the home for sale. I purchased on July 1, 2021. Neither will stand behind the product or installation. Stu's said the 30 year warranty lifetime installation doesn't transfer. Costco refuses to speak with me because I'm not on the original order. Funny I have warranties on the furnace, windows and composite deck but neither of these businesses will stand behind this shotty work. Beware!!!
