When I saw Club Pilates coming to town I called to get information and signed up. Pilates is great. I can tell a difference in me since starting and I highly recommend it. What I love about this location is the cleanliness, organization, ease of booking classes, but above all I love the staff and instructors. They know not just me, but everyone by name and take the time to get to know you and how/what your body is feeling before class.

I recommend Reformer Pilates to everyone who will listen. Be advised, if you need anything beyond what the revolving front desk staff or the instructor can help with, do not expect any customer service from the mysterious Regional Manager. Last year I participated in a promotional program called Earn Your Watch. The studio denied my financial "award." I was to earn $200 toward the purchase of an Apple Watch for regularly attending class over 4 quarters. I followed all directions, met the goals for total classes for each of the 4 six month challenges and I ordered the watch using the "congrats, you earned your watch! Order your watch here" link via Club Pilates. When I asked the studio manager how I would get my $200 credit, she had to check with here boss who told her that they could not "see" in their system that I had ordered it via the app and that I was not eligible for the award. Something felt off about this process and maybe broken or at least misunderstood at the local level. So I wanted to speak with the studio manager's boss, the Regional Manager, to explain all this, show her the "congrats, order your watch here" link. Try to figure out what went wrong or what was broken. The studio manager said that she was not allowed to give me the Regional Manager's name or contact information. So I asked her a couple times to ask the RM to contact me. I never heard back. I'm so disappointed. I worked hard for this. I would not have bought this watch otherwise. I am a loyal and regular customer of the studio and I have introduced several friends to Club Pilates. Such a disappointing experience and so disrespectful to completely ignore a good customer. An email to corporate Club Pilates didn't help, as they said to contact the studio directly for assistance. So join the studio, take the classes but don't expect the studio to actually value you or ultimately your business. Do better.
