Fresh pasta! We were a little cautious to our chagrin and ordered just spaghetti and mushroom ravioli and we were more than pleased with the quantity and the quality of what we received. The delivery was early on Thursday when it was supposed to be at the house, it came in a nice bag, instructions not only for cooking but how to store the leftovers, as if there would be any. They even went as far to recommend freezing if you wanted and the expiration date. We had a dinner party and I usually go to a specialty shop in NYC when there on business..............remember those days when you'd travel for business on an airplane? I'll explain what an airplane is later. I need to tap the old grey matter to remember just what the heck it was. LOL This pasta stacks up with what I'd guard with my life against pilfering from TSA and Delta personnel. So in a nutshell I'd give these guys as many stars as are in the universe if Yelp would allow me to. It is wonderful to see a new artisan business in this area and if I have anything to do with it they'll be a HUGE hit.
