I got the 32oz Candy Slushie,my flavors were Pina Colada, Passionfruit and Tigers Blood. My sister in law got the 16oz Mangonata and we also got a 32oz Blue Raspberry Slushie for one of the kids. Oh I really can't forget about grabbing the wallaberry (their flavor) Candied Grapes. I kept getting phone calls from a unknown number that morning and finally I called it back as they left no messages. I asked what they were calling about and they said that they will not have the cake ready at 12:45 but would have it ready at 2 PM. I said that's fine and I arrived at 2 PM and they proceeded to tell me that the cake will not be ready until 5 o'clock and that the manager Kate or Katie would call me on Saturday for a full refund. I told them I had plans so I would come and pick it up at seven again I was being very patient. When I arrived at seven, the cake was ready and again they reiterated that Kate or Katie the manager would be calling me back the next day for a full refund . The manager never called me back, never refunded anything. It was very poor service. The fact that my cake was not ready on time and then when they said it would be ready at a certain time. It wasn't ready again and that they would give me a refund that they did not give, is unacceptable customer service I will never go to this location again. BEWARE do not go to this location!

I placed and paid for an order more than 24 hours in advance for a decorated cookie cake to be picked up at 5:30 PM. I even called earlier in the day to see if I could pick it up sooner, but was told the decorator wasn't in yet and that it would be ready by 5:30 PM as scheduled. However, upon arriving at the store, I was met with unprofessionalism--no one was at the front counter, and I had to get someone's attention from the kitchen. I was then told that the decorator was "on her way" and that the team had mistakenly believed my pickup was scheduled for the following day. This was not only false but completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff offered me a mere 10% discount on a $48.75 cake that was not decorated and not ready. This offer did not begin to make up for the inconvenience or the fact that my son did not have his cookie cake at his birthday party that evening--something that could have and should have been avoided with proper attention to detail and customer service. I requested a full refund, which I expect to receive promptly. I hope this situation is taken seriously, and that steps are taken to prevent similar issues for other customers in the future.
