I did not have much time so I chose a medium Rosemary's Sage. It had rosemary, garlic, sage and sea salt. He explained that they do tastings. I need to make time and bring some friends to come back for a tasting. This is a cool concept. Sometimes you need a compound butter to take a meal to the next level and to be able to stop in and get this level of quality already mixed with tasty ingredients would be a bonus. That evening, I popped a loaf of take-and-bake bread in the oven and we tried Rosemary's Sage on warm bread. Highly recommend. It was delicious!
