I have very long natural hair and I wanted a simple trim and framing long layers. And I left with a botched bang instead. I cannot even put in words how heartbroken I am. Zoe cut my hair. I grew my hair for 3 years now from a bob and have it so messed it is breaking my heart. I cannot even blend it to make it less visible. I feel very self conscious now and I feel ashamed of my hair. I wish I never came that day. Because now it will take months to regrow and the emotional toll it takes on me is immense, and my self esteem is at bottom low. I encourage stylist who cannot cut hair to get more training and experience. Please for the love of GOD if you cannot cut hair or cannot do a certain haircut just DONT DO IT.
