Gregg is a great guy and while he can come off as rude sometimes he is actually a great guy and genuinely cares about getting the work done the right way the first time even if he has to hold on to the bike a little longer. Chris is an exceptional mechanic as well, he has always broke down every step of what he did for me as I'm not so bike savvy (Barnie style).
