Called for service on jet ski, explained everything on the phone. Soonest they could look at it was in 3 weeks. I dropped it off at the appointment date, then called 10 days later to check in, they said they wouldn't be able to work on it and to come pick it up. Wasted a month of my time and had me tow it back and forth for no reason. This is a 2020 sea doo and they are supposed to be a certified dealer service center. After wasting my time they charged me $105 diagnostic fee which if they weren't going to do anything to fix the machine, I would have had whoever was going to do the work diagnose it. They wasted my time and ripped me off. Please do not waste your time with these losers. read more

I bought two 2010 Yamaha Grizzly 700 's new from these guys before they sold out Columbia. Way over 20k. I brought my quad to them for regular service, now I'm having trouble with the power steering and the manual says " call dealer" . I called both places and they won't service their product. They claim it's to old and you can't get parts. So after 10 years or so just throw your Motor Sports Nation product in the trash because they only want to sell new ones. I would never recommend this company to anyone they don't stand behind their stuff and leave the customer out to dry. What a shame. Oh they did say try a new $110 battery. That was not it, but hey they sold a battery. read more

Paul the service manager at their Plainfield location is rude. If you want to feel like an inconvenience and given the run around before your bike even gets to his shop, give them a call. I have been to both Waterford and Plainfield locations on numerous occasions throughout the years and aside from 1 good experience about 5 years ago dealing with what I believe was the or a owner every other time has been horrible, but today just cemented my hatred of this business. There have been many very bad experiences at this business but mostly the Plainfield location. Today I went in to look at and ultimately purchase a Honda Fury or Yamaha Bolt R-Spec (probably the Fury) but when I went into the showroom not a single person so much as glanced my direction let alone ask if I needed help, which I did. So I started to look around the floor to realize it is about 90% off road vehicles (dirt bikes, ATV's, quads, etc.) 8% crotch rockets, and maybe 2% anything else. All I saw was a base model Bolt and a handful of Honda Rebels which was very disappointing to say the least. I walked around a while with my wife and kid and still couldn't get any of the idle employees to even make eye contact. This place sucks and clearly they are not interested in sales whatsoever. I would spend more money and drive 5 hours away if it meant not doing business with these guys. Note this is not at all my only very poor experience with these guys and I will never return here again. read more

I have had all types of motorcycles over the years, my first was a Honda CB350. I recently bought a 1997 Honda CR125R for playing around in my yard and some minor trail riding. I did go in there (Plainfield) last Saturday to order a sprocket guard and was told they couldn't get one. Walked around a little and was never approached by anyone. I have issues with starting the 125 and it has a very low idle speed. Called the Plainfield location today and asked for service. I explained my problem and was told right away that they are "not interested in a bike that old". Wouldn't go any further, was very stand-offish and just wanted me off the phone. I was shocked. Why turn down business and make a dissatisfied customer for life? The old saying is true: a customer will tell one person about a good experience, but will tell 10 people about a bad one. When Motorsports Nation is trying to sell you a bike, they'll promise you they'll come pick it up "no problem" , if you need service or repair. BUT, when you actually do need service and the bike needs to be picked up, they'll hang up on you, they fail to show up, and they'll avoid your calls. And, they don't even have the courtesy to call and tell you they're not coming. If u are thinking of purchasing a car from this establishment please be smarter then me and have the vehicle inspected by your own mechanic prior to purchase. I trusted the inspection list of Their business's chosen mechanic, a garage out of Canterbury and it cost me thousands. I bought a car for 8 grand with 100,000 miles on it, and 2,000 miles and 2 months after the purchase I'm replacing an engine.. they were friendly.. but no way they didn't know both head gaskets were leaking.. espeacily when they had the mechanic tighten the heat shield under the engine after I complained.. smelled oil since I got it home..I was just hoping there was nothing wrong after it was to late.. I'm partly to blame..but I'd like people to be ware. Be careful! read more

Stopped in yesterday and was very disappointed as the new location is extremely small without many options but off road equipment instead of street motorcycles. Spent about 20 minutes walking around without one person coming up offering any type of service/help. I mean i was there to purchase a motorcycle but they clearly didn't want to make a sale. I have purchased several ATVs and power equipment from here. I can say I am a customer for life. The team there is 100% professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their customer service after the sale is top notch. After my service my Quad came back better than when i dropped it off. They replaced some of the fender pins and also sealed up a huge crack in the rear fender looked amazing. The installation of my winch looks awesome clean and very well done. Sales manager will tell you anything to make a sale and then not hold their word after that. Was told first 'break in' service would be free. It was not. Also the sales manager didn't order any of the accessories that I had ordered at the time of sale. And ended up boning me on those parts that I needed for a road trip which I thought were on their way but they were not. Service department is untrustworthy. Parts department is about the only decent part of this place. Go to BJ's cycle right down the road for much better and more professional service. read more

I bought my KTM 350 sxf there in October and was very happy with they way everything went and the staff. Been back a few times for parts and again no problems, got what i needed and was on my way. Here come the less than satisfactory experience. I called the salesman i dealt with when i bought my bike regarding buying another bike. when done with talking about that i asked a suspension question and his response was , " let me check" a moment later i was transferred to service without a " goodbye " or a " ill transfer you " i found that very rude. Next, i stopped there to bring in my front wheel for the spoke recall. when i walked in the place was busy with young adults ( 17 -25 ) who obviously know everyone that works there because there where all standing around talking with the staff and having lunch with the service / parts dept. When i asked for help it was like i was interrupting there conversions and i was bothering them I was asked to leave the wheel because they didn't have time to do it on that day. which was my plan anyway so i did . i may not ride for them or buy thousands in parts from them but i,m still a customer who bought a 9000 bike from then and would like to feel comfortable when i,m there. i would like to point out that i live 80 miles from there place and i travel there because they did treat me well at first. with these past two experiences i will not return. i will have a friend pick up my wheel when done and i will now try out other dealerships Manchester Honda/ ktm will be my next call to see how i,m treated there read more
