Recently, a product I was looking at on the TT website had a normal price that was lined out by a sale price. When I went to order online, the cart total showed the original price, not the sale price. I called the customer service number, but after waiting 15 minutes and never speaking to anyone, I left a message regarding the order I'd like to place and the cost discrepancy of the item on their website. I never got a return call (even though I left contact info), so I guess I'll go elsewhere for my purchase. It's sad that I'm not the only person to complain about lack of customer service with TT.

Also the store is small, so I don't hold it against them. They seem to have a really good community there. Also, they have an EBay store where they sell most of the items, but if you're lucky to live in the area you can get what your looking for minus what it would cost to ship.

These guys make jackets meant to last a lifetime, and survive motorcycle crashes, and they've been doing it since 1974. They also just fit better. Be patient on items not in stock, and you will be glad you did. There's nothing else out there like it. This is a 5-star product all around, made by a family owned business that knows what they are doing. This is not a big box store offshore produced instant gratification product.
