I was an out-of-state customer and needed to send bereavement flowers to someone in a town in the middle of nowhere. I tried a couple of shops but because of the holiday, needless to say, they were not very open to my order. Just when I was about to give up hope, I found Heather. I texted her and she replied immediately! I found her to be nothing short of a "Godsend connection." She delivered an incredible and unique plant floral arrangement that exceeded all my expectations. After giving us the golf cart tour, she gave us several flags to place in containers of the trees we liked and then John helped us narrow down and select the perfect sizes for our backyard. We chose three 15-gallon Eagleston Hollies (5-6' planted) because we're DIYers; however, Bownds also offers delivery and planting services. If you've been shocked by the skyrocketing price of trees at the usual locations, then you will be pleasantly surprised at the pocket-friendly pricing Bownds extends to retail customers. Do not expect a large staff or miscellaneous garden center plants, this is a family-run business that specializes in trees and only trees. We will be returning soon for more trees to complete our backyard-to-park makeover.
