Oh man it's been awhile since I updated my review but it's still relatively the same. I bumped up my rating to a 4 because the black cherry cake cone just keeps me coming back. My son recently got the large sundae version and that was not worth the money. They left the sides empty so it pretty much looked like the amount of icecream they stick in the cake cone but in a cup with some syrup drizzle and a little whipped cream hat on top. Boyfriend and I came here on a Sunday when we were craving something sweet. Their ice cream shaped building is so cute to take pics in front of, and they have few outside tables you can sit at. I debated so much on how I feel about this place because let me start with the positive. This place is so cute and adorable. The ice cream is so delicious!!! I got the waffle cookies and cream taco waffle. New favorite dessert. My husband got the cheese cake sundae and the kids got the vanilla fancy with Oreo dust. All the desserts were smooth and creamy. Now the not so good. On the menu the vanilla ores fancy had the Oreos around and when we asked they said it doesn't come with Oreos it's only in the cone. I think the menu needs to be updated on what you are getting. The service needs a lot of improvement since it seems like they barely want to help or answer any questions before they close the window almost in your face. read more

I am updating my review to 4 stars because the ice cream is really good, and i want to go back to my nearest location on Fry and give it another chance. After two visits in a row with no hot fudge, i was irritated enough to make comment about it on the jones location review. Someone from the company reached out to apologize and agreed not having hot fudge was indeed not acceptable. So because someone did reach out and apologize and acknowledge my complaint, i will of course change my review to affect their actions. Great customer service is a must these days, even more needed than hot fudge for ice cream. I will go back to our usual location on fry and make a third attempt at ordering hot fudge... we will see what happens. BTW, my husband loves the cherry dipped cones Twistee Treat offers, it reminds him of his childhood favorite, the cherry dipped cones at DQ, only much better quality ice cream. Visited here on a VERY HOT Monday evening to reward my kiddo for excellent behavior at summer camp. The menu is absolutely massive! I never imagined having well over two dozen different items to choose from. The young lady at the window was mannerable, patient, and knowledgeable (making a suggestion addressing my concerns regarding the sheer size of the item that my son desired). He ordered the "Kiddie version" of the vanilla cake cone with rainbow sprinkles while I ordered a brownie sundae with whipped cream and a cherry on top. It was ready in less than 5 minutes which was great because the sun was BEAMING. Though the original plan was to sit at the tables outside, it was just too uncomfortably hot to do so. The ice cream was quite tasty and enjoyable (though I wish the brownies in my sundae were just a smidge more moist). So I've been on a quest to find a good ice cream sundae. Unfortunately it's been a challenge to find a old fashioned ice cream shop, lots of new modern ones. This place looked inviting but I so wanted a sit down place. This is a drive through and walk up service. It was my besties birthday and we stopped to get a cone. When we drove up we parked and walked up. I saw the employee sitting out front smoking a cigarette and on her cell phone. The sign says NO SMOKING maybe that's just for patrons not employees lol Anyways once we made it to the order window she was inside and asked to take our order. I chose the hot fudge sundae and bestie got a ice cream cone. Once they were served she wasted no time to come outside again to talk on her cell. Then a new customer arrived at the drive up and inside she went again. Maybe she had some important things to discuss lol idk Anyhow the sundae was just regular ice cream nothing special nothing really wowd me. I shall continue my quest for good ice cream read more
