I love this pizzeria! The pizza is the best in town, and it's consistently delicious. I recommend, never had a problem with the service.

If I could, I would have given a minus one rating. -1. I would love to show you this photo of the pie. However, you cannot download photos to this app. It's very sad that a pizzeria would let a pie go out burnt. When you call, they say it was crispy! They told me they would make another pie. Really, did they think I was going to do business with a restaurant that sends out burnt dinners? It was a Sicilian pie with peppers and onions. The crust looked like a hot dog that falls in between your grill grates and gets burnt in the charcoal. It was black. The sad part of this whole thing is that I have been a customer for the last six months and I've had nothing but great things to say about this restaurant. The quality has gone down to the very bottom in my opinion. Sometimes things get burnt, however, a good restaurant would never send it out. They should toss it and make a new one. In previous reviews, I stated that I can't understand how you can have a Buffet 2 times a week in a PIZZA Restaurant and not have PIZZA on the Buffet selections. Well to my astonishment, they started offering ONLY 2 SLICES w/ the Buffet. Now, weeks later, they are only offering 1 SLICE w/ the Buffet. Really?? What's next 1/2 SLICE??? It's PIZZA. Which like Bagels, PIZZA is economically made. There really is NO REASON to be SO CHEAP !!! PIZZA Should be available for the Buffet w/ No Limit. All Other items on the Buffet are served w/ NO LIMIT. Somebody with some amount of Integrity and Plain, Common Sense, needs to take over for these Inept Individuals currently running or should I say "RUINING" this Place. read more

Best pizza in Cairo, reasonable prices and a nice selection of standard pizzeria fare. Our go-to order is a white buffalo bacon pizza and garlic knots. The knots are large, obviously formed and assembled ahead of time and then warmed/baked to order - sometimes they are VERY crisp, but generally they're delicious and very garlicky & cheesy. The white buffalo bacon pizza is something we haven't seen elsewhere, it does have red sauce on it, and we've gotten it once with cheddar slices melted on it (which isn't in the description, and only happened once.) I've never eaten in house, so I can't speak to that, but I've had excellent luck with takeout (even before covid.) The one star is subtracted because of consistency, and the "non-cash charge" if you pay with a card, which I believe is 4%. read more

Called and ordered a simple large cheese to go. Was told 25 minutes. Got there and was rudely told by several people I did not order from them! I had to get my phone and prove the call was made and describe the order, time and female that answered. She said I'm the only women here and you did not order from us. I just decided to leave...on my way out someone yelled "I can have it ready in 10 minutes" lol parking lot was strewn with garbage and the inside of the restaurant was dirty. Only the 2nd time I've tried to do business with them and the first experiance was no better! It's a shame I can't give no stars.... read more

food is so overpriced for what it is. it would be reasonably priced if the food wasn't terrible, and genuinely just tiny?? got boneless wings and they were smaller than mcdonald's chicken nuggets. fries should be considered potato chips. pizza is also getting worse and worse every time i go there. used to be good, quality is decreasing rapidly while the price goes up. read more

It's a pizzeria. If you're looking for over-the-top, fresh, gourmet, Italian food, then hunny this ain't it. The pizza and other menu items are good, some just decent. Fried, frozen food - what else would you expect? The counter/waitstaff are pleasant (for the most part) and the owner is very nice and willing to go out of his way to accommodate. Thursday - Saturday they offer a buffet, usually pasta, meatballs, some type of chicken or sausage/peppers. They've also recently started delivering which I believe will benefit them immensely! This is one of three locations, all of which I have dined at and enjoyed. Like I prefaced, it's a pizzeria. Some people just have unnecessarily high expectations and you can't please everyone. went there tonight with my friend and got the mac and cheese bites and chicken alfredo pizza and both were delicious!! the mac and cheese bites were soooo cheesy and perfectly cooked and the alfredo was so cheesy and delicious! definitely recommend :) definitely wayyyy better then the old owners! read more

Service sucks and the place is dirty. Resembles a biker bar service more than a family pizza joint. Slices came on a dirty pizza tray with parchment between. Seems like they don't clean the pans between visits just put a new piece of paper. Go somewhere else. Unless you're into the pompous atmosphere. Wish the last pizza place here was still around, they had exceptional pizza and staff were kind. Bad attitude owners attract bad attitude locals... buyer beware. read more

Have to say was so hoping it was going to be wonderful...... It's like there overwhelmed with Business , Unfortunately having the experience that we had tonight I can't see it continuing, (lines) unless they change their ways 1 Hire people that no what they're selling! 2. Try to make the customers happy (within reason) 3. Keep food covered in the self service section 4. If the cashier is also the wait staff maybe on busy days have two then maybe He/she would smile I am not a nasty person and would never had said nothing but the way I was treated was mind boggling. I came here expecting no frills, the reviews were pretty good. I walked in with a smile and was greeted by a tough guy wanna-be Italian. Everything was going great until I went to leave and I said 'adios!' which I thought was casual. Worst place ever. Just got 4 doezen wings. And jalapeno poppers and everything was cold. Got deliver which was supposed to me 45 mins. Called them up after an hour and they said food will be here in 20 minutes..well it took another hour. All food was cold. Highly do not recommend this place to anyone. Not our first bad experience with this place. But will be the last. They had nothing but excuses. read more

This is by far the best pizza in the Catskills. We're from Rockland County ny, and have a campsite in Cairo. Myself and my family have been in the pizza business for over 40 years and we take this pizza home from a weekend camping. The service is great along with the pizza and food items. Prices are reasonable but price doesn't matter. Keep up the good work. When the season is over for camping we still drive up and bring pizza home. Pies to ya, Masi family read more

Decently priced and delicious food! The service is always great I've never had any issues. Even through the entire pandemic they held through. I feel most peoples issues are they expect a Michelin star experience, this is a small town restaurant and pizzeria and it does just fine being that.I'd come here any day of the week over "angels" any time, give 'em a try! read more

I have been here now twice. There will not be a third time. I seated myself. The tables were dirty, no one was in the place. The first time one of the owners who was cooking came out n waited on me. The the waitress who had just taken away the dirty dishes of a neighboring table, then handled money, swept the floor and used a dust pan, brought out my food without washing her hands. Then could not figure out why I sent it back. There were pizza boxes piled folded and piled on the floor in the dinning area which they went and got, took to the pizza center and used. The waitress used plain water and the same rag to wash 4 tables. I saw her wet the cloth. She kept playing with her mask and touching her mouth and face then touched peoples food plates. When the food did come out it was mushy over cooked pasta in simple brown gravy on pasta, with slimy chicken. The salad had dirt in it and was gritty. read more
