It is a quarter pound of lobster and you get actual lumps of claw and meat rather than the shredded stuff some other places serve. The butter it's sautéed in is seasoned delicately to accentuate the fresh lobster instead of covering up the taste. The portion was surprisingly large and it comes on a fresh bun that is lightly buttered and toasted. It even comes with a little cup of extra butter which I totally slathered on because I love butter! Every bite was so fresh and soft. The roll comes with fries and I did the optional $5 upcharge for the lobster bisque. That was also the best I've ever had because I've never seen bisque with such large chunks of lobster in it.
