The reason for the low rating is the incredible difficulty in getting a response from Julian. Prior to the event, I reached out several times and didn't get a response. I started to think, they might not show up! After the event, I wanted to add gratuity for the staff and emailed 3 times so that it could be added to the final bill, but I did not receive a single response. This will be the reason I do not book them again - not only do you need to provide a great product, but you also have to provide great service from beginning to end. It's unfortunate. read more

I called on a Sunday night to order crepes for our group. The man who answered the phone was extremely friendly - we ordered two "Very Strawberry" crepes, one "Mont Blanc" and one "Chocolate Coma." When we arrived, the check out experience was extremely efficient - our order was up on the screen and we paid in seconds. All of the crepes were delicious - I'd say the "Mont Blanc" was the fan favorite. The berries and raspberry sauce were the perfect combo and it was light and airy.
