I order from these guys once a week for my employees. We order seven or eight pizzas each time. The pizzas are delicious, the delivery is always on time and the prices are great. I feed 24 employees each friday for less the $65.00. We used to order from Pizza Hut which was more expensive and tasted like salted card board when compared to Two for One Pizza's pizza. Another nice thing is that they recognize me when I call and remember who we are and what we like. It's nice to be treated like a valued customer. Called to place my usual order and they tried denying me due to "living far." I live 8-10 minutes (the most) away from their location. The man on the phone then proceed to say, "yeah, but it's the weekend." I honestly am very disappointed, we love their pizza & usually order once every 2-3 weeks on weekends! I stated we always order and have never encountered this situation. I understand the weather is hot right now and whatever but your job is your job and you should not be lazy about it. Bad customer service! I am so saddened and offended by this because I really enjoy their pizza. Order from this place all the time! Just got off phone with manager who accused me of using basically a stolen card because midway I realized I was using a medical expense card instead of my debit card. I apologized three times for having to change the card number mid way. He tells me "what you have someone else's card? Not yours, what's going on? Etc. " Excuse me, I order from you all the time I'm really offended at that. Someone needs to take over customer service, I can't even understand the people who take orders here sometimes. I've even waited while they were late an hour, gotten our order wrong and still never left a bad review. A shame, I really liked this place besides the man yelling over the phone. I also had to stop my husband from calling this "manager" up and defending me. It would have been sufficient to get someone else on the phone to talk to me. Great little hole in the wall. I loved the pizza and the wings. The guys is very lovely. They also deliver. I like them much better than Domino's and Pizza Hut. The pizza is tastier. My kids also love this place. We order from here every now and then as a family treat. They certainly don't skimp on quality or flavor. I used to order from Two for One in LA in my teens and loved it then as well. It's been over 20 years and i can't believe they're still around. Pizza is horrible quality, wings are undercooked and came raw then when I called and brought it to their attention I was called a liar. I'm putting ONE STAR on this review only because of the people who take the order..I've had problems with two people that work there over the phone..One was just right now actually his name is "Bory" so he says..Sure took him a while to remember his name when I asked him for it. He was very rude and pretty much yelled at me for changing my order. I didn't know it was mandatory to keep the first order I give. I can imagine it could be a hassle to take the order twice because of a mistake we make but he should remember we are after all the customers and if it wasn't for us they wouldn't have a pay to begin with. I work in a retail store and I've been taught the customers always come first regardless of how shitty you feel or are doing. He needs to have his attitude checked by his boss or someone there. It sucks because the pizza overall is pretty good I've never had a complain about that. I want to start off my apologizing for not posting a picture of this AMAZING pizza. My son and I devoured it the second we opened the box and smelled it! When I ordered, the were very friendly and told me that my pizza and wings (for $14.99 plus tax! :0) would be here in 30 minutes... So I was pleasantly surprised to say the least when it arrived in 20! I'm just disappointed that it's a block away from my house and I didn't find it until today.
